Cozy and bright 55m2 apartment located on the basement floor of a building without a lift (steps to access it). The accommodation is located a short distance from Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires, in an area well served by public transport and much appreciated for the possibility of staying in a quiet area of Milan despite being in the historic centre!
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bedroom with double sofa bed, bathroom and balcony.

- KITCHENETTE with induction hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, desk and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with double sofa bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine;
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, ceiling heating, split air conditioning (in the living room and in the double bedroom), clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

We had a great stay at this apartment. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. The check-in process was smooth – we picked up the keys on site, and the host showed us around the apartment, which was very helpful. The location was convenient, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

My experience in this listing was unfortunately very negative. On the day of my check-out, I realized that I had forgotten my rings on top of the bedroom counter. I returned about two hours later, before the entry of any new guest, and the only person who had entered the apartment at that time was the housekeeper. A collaborator of the host told me by phone that the rings had been found, but then claimed that she did not locate them anymore. I feel extremely frustrated, not only by the material loss, but by the way the situation was treated. There were contradictions, promises of return that were not fulfilled, and in the end, no real support. Here is my alert for those who decide to stay in this place: take care of your personal belongings and record everything, because unfortunately the feeling that remained was disregard and lack of responsibility.
