The property is located in a lively area, close to Porta Romana; Milan's main points of interest and the Central Railway Station are easily reachable through various public transports the area is well provided with.
The apartment, perfect for both tourists and workers, consists of a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a living room with kitchenette.

The location was excellent and the apartment met our expectations. However, it's a pity that it requires some maintenance: the walls need repainting, the bathroom's towel holder is loose, there's limescale on the taps, and the TV remote was missing (with no physical buttons on the television itself)

In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, € 15 will be charged for each linen kit used. Respect for the hours of silence from 22:00 to 08:00. - For late check-in, the following supplement is required: * after 9.30 pm and until 11 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required. We are unable to check in after 11pm. The building has a lift (not suitable for the disabled).

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
