I booked this place for my mom and her partner. The instructions for accessing the house were provided but they were not very easy to follow, especially for an older person who is not very practical in using the phone/app/link, etc. There is a bar that prevents access by car to the door and the card to open it was not provided, so it was not possible to load and unload the luggage. We asked the host who tried to help us but he didn't seem to know the apartment, he told us about a remote control that wasn't needed for that, as if he didn't know that this card was needed to access the building. In any case, the problem was not solved and the remote control was only used for parking and to open the external gates of the complex. The house is very basic, the shower did not work very well and neither did any of the fans provided. In the kitchen there are shovels but you have to keep the light on even during the day. I wouldn't go back.

Clean and tidy place, just for business trips. Very friendly and responsive hosts, I appreciated the helpfulness shown. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not very welcoming, I recommend paying attention to where you park your car.

On a business trip, 3 days midweek, we were 4 colleagues, we adapted to the 2 double beds, a little problems at the first access to the apartment but promptly resolved through messages, immediate response- Great place to stay with the possibility of parking very close. Impeccable kitchen, bathroom a little dated and above all to review the shower. Overall a great stay with great quality/price and I recommend it above all for the proximity of the metro, which allows you to reach the whole city!

Great location for those who need to go to the fair. We had a lot of difficulty with the automated lock, both the apartment and the front door, which brought some discomfort. The apartment was clean, but with a discreetly widespread header of cockroaches. Reported to the assistance, they did the pest control, but it clearly doesn't fix the problem instantly. The assistance is very friendly and they respond fairly quickly, but it is not possible to call them and they only respond from 9 am to 11.30 pm.

We never got to try it! We arrived late at night and couldn't get access to the appartment. We waited for 3 hours trying to get hold of the host, but No help. We ended up sleeping at a hotel. The Airbnb support was very helpful durin this time and refunded the full price.

The apartment itself was nice and very clean and the host was very helpful. There were difficulties with the lock so I was often late when going somewhere. The apartment was well clean but in the kitchen there were a lot of insects. And I thought there was going to be a living room but there were only 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom which in itself was not a problem for us.

Do not expect the typical hospitality of the people who host you. Here you communicate only through messages and only from 9 am to 11 pm. If you have problems at different times, you are abandoned. Upon arrival the complicated system of chek in did not work. We had to wait 50 minutes for the keys. The opening of the shutter in the room was not working and we had to wait 5 days for them to come and fix it, 5 days without being able to open the window and see the daylight. The paintings were hanging with a dressing! One fell on top of the bed, it had happened at night we would have taken it in our heads. We had to go out at 8 and, the first few days, the electric lock did not close the door. We always had to wait until 9 so we could communicate and hope they closed. A truly frustrating experience.

The host was very friendly and very responsive. The instructions were very easy to follow. The only inconvenient was that there was no heat in the apartment. Probably it was considered that the weather was still quite warm in November and maybe this is why it was turned off. We couldn’t turn it on by ourselves.

The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Communication was good and easy. There is a shopping center Right next door, and the Bonola subway stop. To access, you have to call by phone, to take this into account before you go. The only complaint is that the neighbors were making noise in the morning and at night, but bearable. Thank you for this stay.

Calm place located away from the city center. The Metro station is really accesible from here. A nice option if you want to visit but don't want to deal with the caos of the city.

I rented the apartment for a month. It was a lovely stay and lacked nothing (except air conditioning). The communication was usually very good and you got quick help with problems. There was a small issue with check-in with the door, but was fixed within a few minutes. The apartment is about 7 minutes walk from the S. Leonardo metro station and is in a quite quiet residential area.

The accomodation was very clean. There were towels that were prepared for us and many other things (waste sorting bins, first aid kit, bedding, hairdryer..). We also appreciated that there was a fan, because it was very hot in Italy. It was very easy to get into the apartment because it had self-accomodation system. The apartment is about 10 mins from Metro station Bonola, so you can easily get wherever you need. The surroundings is nice. We, as three girls, felt safe in that area, which was very important for us!

The location was good for Metro links as it was a 10 min max walk. The instructions provided to access the apartment were easy to follow. The apartment itself was clean and had large bedrooms. Although it clearly states there is no AC, I feel table top fans in the rooms would've gone far to offer comfort in scorching temperatures. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and adequate, however lack of living space area, meant that we couldn't relax and socialise at the end of a long day. The area was noisy on the occasions that we were in the flat. Always seemed like there was DIY going on from neighbours, but appreciate that is out of the hosts control. We were not able to drop off luggage before our check-in time which was a little inconvenient. However the host did offer a discounted offer at a local locker storage business. Which we declined to use, as the expense was unnecessary. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and was informative. Thank you for having us.

Apartment clean and exactly as shown in the pictures and description. You'll find the essentials but it's fine. Easy and detailed check-in instructions. Great location near the Bonola metro and a 13min walk from the San Leonardo metro. Only 2 bad notes : perfect initial communication, but once you arrive if you have any problems communication with assistance is slow and often lacking the solution. Wifi present but no internet connection (?!) so it's almost useless. There are electric blinds in the larger room, but no one has helped us solve the problem of lowering them despite the requests of several days. This compromised the night's rest/waking up with the light coming in too early and has by far influenced my judgment in a non-positive way. Otherwise tt ok.

Apartment is in a great location for our visits to the Fiera Milano, only 3 stops by subway. Subway station is just a few minutes walking from the door. Apartment was very clean when we arrived, but there were a few points improvement: there was no toiletpaper, one of the rooms smelled of smoke and the shower drain was almost clogged up, draining very slowly, resulting in quick showers to avoid overspillig standing in soapy water up to your ankles. Apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a small sitting area, but NO living room. We did not realise so we were quite surprised, but surely we did not read the description correctly. All in all OK and we would consider returning, as long as the improvement points above are taken care of.
