This one is a bit tricky, because the place is great and the location is outstanding. However, the host must/should state in advance that there are sliding doors to the apartment, and not a regular door. The lock on the sliding door was broken, which I documented and reported immediately, but the response was that "it worked when we were there earlier in the day". And it's not nice that you have to call yourself to know what will be done, and that someone will come by first in the middle of the night. I know Filipa did her best to help, but this is about flexibility and responsiveness. Then you can't doubt a customer who does their utmost to report and ensure remediation, instead of cancelling. And again - it must be clear in the advertisement that a sliding door is used, this is crucial for many users.

This studio apartment is perfect for a short stay in Lisbon, it has everything you may need. It is located in the city center, it's close to everything and you can easily walk to all the main attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby and I felt right at home here. Will definitely choose it again on my next trip to Lisbon.

The place is well located in the heart of the city. Its biggest red flag is being extremely small for two adults for such a size of room, though the name of the venue is "tiny" and one should expect they meant it. I would stay there again if I was alone but not with anyone else. Other than that, all was good.

The location was close to the main tourist attractions? It was nice because it was close to the main street. However, there were some stairs on the way to the main street, so I felt that it wasn't suitable for those with limited mobility. I deserved to go around. There was a foul odor from the bedding, so I told you, but it was nice that you replaced it right away. The location was a little far from the main street, so it was quiet, but whether it was someone who lives next door or another guest was drunk after 1 am, so I pressed the intercom to wake up, and I couldn't sleep because I could hear everything coming in, but the other days were careful with each other, so it was okay.

This was such a convenient little apartment! Accessing the apartment was easy and the instructions provided were very clear. It is located near some lovely bars, whilst still being quiet in the evening since it is tucked away and also very close to everything in the centre.

Very small but perfectly located place. If you prefer walking around all day and returning only for sleeping, I highly recommend!

All exactly as advertised. Excellent location, very close to places of interest. Largo da Achada is a beautiful and peaceful square. We like everything.

Perfect little spot for a solo traveller who plans on spending very little time indoors. Situated within a tranquil courtyard, it’s a great little reprieve from all the noise of Lisboa. It’s located close to restaurants and cafes. Quick transit access and easy to get to. It’s in a safe location. Lots of natural light/ windows in the unit and the AC works super well for hot days. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. The layout of the unit leaves much to be desired. While advertised as a studio, it could do with some upgrades. Sliding door into the unit is great for space and should’ve been replicated in the extremely cramped bathroom. The door swings in and makes it very difficult to get ready if 2 guests are using. There was only ever hot water for 2-3 minutes at BEST. This completely ruined our experience. Horrible lighting and zero counter space for personal hygiene items didn’t help. Overall, it’s a place to sleep. We appreciate the other aspects but won’t to recommend to couples.

We were really lucky to have found such a great place to stay in Lisbon! Excellent location, perfect for walking around and viewing different parts of the city. The studio is small as mentioned, but we were out most of the time, and it was a peaceful and relaxing place to come back to for the night. The beds are the comfiest beds we’ve ever slept in! We appreciated all the windows for fresh air and natural light. Filipa was very kind and helpful, checking in with us during our stay and giving recommendations. She accommodated our early flight arrival and gave clear directions to the airbnb location. The only down side is that there was barely any hot water, and the shower is dimly lit, but it wasn’t a huge problem in the grand scheme of things. We would definitely stay here again!!!
