Nice apartment of around 40sqm, located on the ground floor of a building without a lift (stairs to access it) and in a good logistical position as a base for visiting Milan!
Piazza V Giornate, the IED Design Institute and the Mangiagalli Hospital in Milan are easily reachable by public transport! Shops, bars and restaurants are present near the house!
The "Lodi" metro station of the M3 yellow line direct to Piazza Duomo in just 4 stops is 1.2km from the house.
The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with open kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), queen-size sofa bed and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, heating with thermovalves and thermostat, ducted air conditioning, hairdryer, washing machine, desk, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
ATTENTION. There are steps inside the apartment to reach the living room with open kitchen and the bed in the bedroom.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
