Cosy studio apartment of 27 sqm, sleeping up to 3 people, on the first floor of a building WITHOUT lift.
The property is only a 12 minutes on foot from the Polo Universitario del Politecnico di Milano - Bovisa. A very busy district during the day with young people and students, in the evening it is quieter and with many Italian and ethnic restaurants and pizzerias.
The apartment consists of a lofted living/sleeping area with kitchenette, a bathroom and a small balcony.
- LIVING/SLEEPING AREA OVERLIVED with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, microwave oven, small refrigerator, mocha coffee maker and other cooking utensils), double sofa bed, single bed (on the lofted area), mirror, table with chairs, TV, split A/C and access to balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink and WC;
- BALCONY (access from the living/sleeping area).
FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split A/C, washing machine, hoover, hairdryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board.
ATTENTION:
- NO LIFT, there are stairs to access the flat;
- Access to the mezzanine via staircase WITHOUT RINGING, please take special care if travelling with small children;
- The mezzanine area is not acoustically isolated from the rest of the flat;
- NO BIDET.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
