Kitchenette complete with four induction burners, traditional oven and microwave oven, fridge and freezer, moka and coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM. Double bed, wardrobe and sofa. AC split.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer. Washing machine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Large, clean place to stay. Difficult to open as there are always codes to type outside the front door to the front door. The lock is connected to the WiFi network and unfortunately one morning the wifi no longer worked and the door did not close (it remained completely open you could not pull the door) . Since I wasn't a private host, I didn't get support until 9.50 when the problem was from 8.30 am. Luckily, the WiFi started working on its own and the door closed. Keep in mind that 7 days before it is not possible to change the pronunciation and it was not indicated in the house rules.

Very nice and spacey apartment. The bed was good and the apartment has everything you need. You can park for free in the street, it can be challenging, but you always find a place. There are shops, tasty pasticcerias, supermarkets and convenience stores close by. The location is great for public transport. They just opened a new metro station (5 min walk) and there is another one close by as well. So, it is easy to go to the center or any where you may wanna go. Nice place to stay and I am happy to come back!

In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, € 15 will be charged for each linen kit used. Respect for the hours of silence from 22:00 to 08:00. The building has a lift but it is necessary to climb internal stairs that lead from the first to the second level of the apartment. We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 10 pm

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
