Cozy and bright apartment, perfect for two people, located in a building with lift in the lively Ticinese district, in an ideal location a few steps from "Colonne di San Lorenzo", less than 15 minutes on foot from "Piazza Duomo" and less than 10 minutes on foot from "Navigli".
The apartment consists of a living area with double sofa bed and balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The space
The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, split AC, TV, dining table, bookcase, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with small table and sofas, hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware;
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, heating, washing machine, iron, clothes hanger, drying rack, two fans and hairdryer.

ATTENTION: Work is underway in the condominium building to redo the courtyard flooring, so there may be some noise.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Overall we had a nice stay. Everything went well and the place was clean. The bed was not very comfortable, but it was as described because it is a sofa bed.

The detailed instructions sent prior to arrival were great and made a smooth access to the apartment. However on arrival the apartment hadn’t been cleaned yet, but the host was responsive & got the cleaners to the apartment quickly. Overall the apartment is well located & easy to access with all the amenities that were included in the listing. I don’t think the bed would be comfortable for more than a short stay.

Cute place, looks like the photos. Balcony is super pleasant. Furnishings are cute but not comfortable at all. My biggest complaint was that none of the Moka pots were cleaned, apparently for a while — one had mold all over the inside! Also the coffee bag, tea box, sugar etc were all nearly empty and there wasn’t enough to last us our 2 day visit.
