Very close to the Conad Supermarket on Via Gargano and the 95 bus stop under the house!
It is organized on 2 levels as follows:
-LOWER LEVEL with sofa, TV and kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer
-BATHROOM with bidet and shower cubicle
-UPPER LEVEL (accessible via internal stairs) with double bed
-TERRACE with outdoor furniture, barbecue
Additional services available to guests: WIFI, A/C, independent heating, washing machine.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

Unfortunately, the experience was not positive. Upon arrival, the apartment smelled of damp, dirty floors and ants along the skirting boards. The air conditioning filters were full of dust and required a technical intervention. In the kitchen, the sink did not have an emergency drain and the water ended up on the floor. On rainy days, I had drops above the bed from leaks from the roof. Dated and battered furniture: old wardrobes, unstable table and broken bed (I was forced to sleep on the sofa bed). Dirty sofa covers and missing washbasin. In addition, the windows were without mosquito nets, which are essential in the area, so much so that I had to buy them myself. A real shame, because with more maintenance, hygiene and attention to detail, the accommodation would have potential. At the moment, however, it is poorly maintained and not well cared for, and I would not recommend it to those looking for a minimum standard of comfort and tranquility during their stay, especially for stays longer than a few days.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
