Cozy apartment of 60 sqm, can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
The property boasts a strategic location in the heart of Milan, a few steps from the historic center, it is possible to reach in just 11 minutes on foot the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie. The district is well connected by public transport, in a few minutes it is possible to reach the tram stop and metro M1 (Red).

- KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- COVERED TERRACE, furnished with awning.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (one nozzle in the living room, one in the bedroom, one in the kitchen), central heating, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: to reach the apartment you must cross the courtyard, at the bottom left. Access the elevator to the right and reach the fifth floor, open the door to the right (beware of the presence of a step) and walk down the gallery. The front door of the apartment is the first on the right.
The lift is NOT suitable for disabled people. There are some steps in the entrance hall of the building to reach the elevator.
The gallery is a common passage area with other apartment buildings.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

Overall it was a good experience. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Very good location near the M1 Red metro + tram stop. The communication is very slow and could be improved. At the check in we had to get the key from a lock hanging out from a traffic sign in the middle of a roundabout and it didn't look good. At the checkout we had to wait (since the day before) to get instructions to leave the keys with a bus scheduled in the early morning. The property management on Airbnb just provides several unresponsive WA numbers to contact to have information (check-in/check-out)

Perfect apartment, an exceptional location, I would add two or three things like a moka a grater, pepper, sugar, wine glasses (bought and left complimentary as a thank you) and still a nice apartment. Thank you very much for your stay ! And I hope to see you soon.
