Clean accommodation and very easy access to the city center of Milan. Small problem on arrival we had to wait for the host for more than 30 minutes in front of the door of the accommodation but otherwise everything was fine! I would highly recommend 👍

The check-in went smoothly and they were very friendly and helpful, the place matched the pictures a d description, if I were to suggest something it would be that it can use more deep cleaning as we found stains and a small bug, overall it is good flat for a couple of days in Milan

The apartment was very clean and bright. In addition, air conditioning is present in the living room + the bedroom which is really a plus given the high temperatures in Italy! Easy to find and conveniently located, you are close to several tram and bus stops. You have many small grocery stores nearby open until late, which is convenient when you arrive late in the evening or even at night. (Which was our case) Also, the host was very welcoming and responsive. I would highly recommend this listing!

We were excited about this accommodation. The host welcomed us kindly. The view from the balcony was great. But unfortunately we cannot recommend it. We had a problem with coachroches and mold in the apartment.

These are really great apartments! They’re perfect for four people, and one of the best things is how the doors are arranged — both the bedroom and the living room have doors that can be closed. It’s designed in a smart way: for example, you can go from the living room to the bathroom without disturbing anyone in the bedroom — and vice versa. You can also access the bathroom directly from the bedroom, while keeping the living room door shut. So, it’s almost like two completely separate and private spaces. The only small thing to be aware of is that the air conditioner is positioned right above the bed. But once you get used to it and switch it to ventilation mode (instead of cooling), it’s perfectly fine. You can also turn off the light nearby if needed, and it becomes very comfortable to sleep under it. The apartment itself is very clean and beautiful. There’s a lovely view of a nearby church, which has a gentle, pleasant bell sound. There’s also a cute little balcony, and the kitch

Great place, great for two! The price is the real asset of the accommodation, after attention the accommodation is quite far from everything on foot, fortunately it is super well served with the RER next door (we hear it casi not from the window) So really I recommend in addition the residence is secured with several doors closed before access to the accommodation. Thank you for this bedding that allowed us to sleep super well, small negative points the A/C didn't work on D-Day. Small TV in the living room equipped with all the streaming apps so cool. The shower is clean, I would have preferred an opaque window in the bathroom but it's not very serious. Shower large enough for 2. In short, the accommodation is really great at the value for the price. I highly recommend it! Thanks again to Javier for accompanying us by message throughout the stay

The host was smiling and welcoming despite too quick exchanges when handing over the keys. He was sorry and listened to the misadventure that happened to me. The apartment is missing a lot of accessories (towel hook/ second mirror). Also, the apartment is poorly soundproofed, we hear the neighbors talking. When it comes to the neighborhood, you don't feel safe. FORGET this place if you want to come by car (I had my vehicle parked 2 streets behind, as well as other tourists the same night).

Very clean & modern, we received very clear instructions for the check in and Javier always responded in a matter of seconds. The only problem was that the heating didn’t work, which we did tell us before we arrived but is not in the listing (even though the problem seems to have existed since November, see older reviews) However, it was very well connected and a great deal for the price!
