The property is located a short distance from Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires, an area full of all services and well connected thanks to local public transport.
The structure consists of a living area with kitchenette, double bedroom and a bathroom.
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, dishwasher and kitchen utensils), dining table and TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, split air conditioning ONLY in the living room, washing machine, clothesline and hairdryer.

Great stay! The apartment is in an excellent location, just steps from Corso Buenos Aires, perfect for shopping, dining, and getting around Milan. Despite being central, it’s quiet and filled with natural light. Very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped as listed. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. Wi-Fi could be more stable, but overall a great place for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!

Very good house: warm in winter and with air conditioning for summer. Very peaceful and peaceful house. Good area, close to the university and very well connected to the center and the main points of interest (stations, airports...). Next to Metro lines M1 and M2. House drawbacks: - Bathroom faucet does not swallow well - The wifi works practically nothing. And inside the house there's very little coverage.

Overall the house is not bad, but I report what I didn't find positive: The bedroom was not equipped with darkening on the window door so the early morning sun went straight into its eyes. The kitchen sink was clogged, although equipped with a suction cup. The hair dryer could not be found. Positive notes Silent home Comfortable shower. Thanks anyway.
