- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), French sofa bed, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (in the living room and in the bedroom), hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

The stay was satisfactory and the host was very responsive. I had a few issues regarding the kitchen. All the frying pans were scratched up and unusable. We had a microwave but no where to plug apart from the sink area which is not safe. There for we had to put it on the floor to use 🥴. The AC is a little confusing to use and the main bed makes so much noise even when you just turn slightly on it. It was very clear someone had stayed in the apartment before us there were lots of empty packages. So those where the negatives for me However I will say that the host was very responsive and polite. The bed was comfortable The shower’s water pressure was perfect The oven worked well And the washing machine. The location is a nice quiet area with a 10 minute walk to the metro where the M2 line takes you straight to Milano central. Over all it was a decent stay for the price.

Great location, not too close not too far from city center. There are plenty of free parking slots in close proximity and there is also a metro station in walkable distance. The old city center is reachable within 30min by public transport. Host has a friendly and proactive communication. If you're looking for something with a quite neighbourhood, great access to public transport, that ticks all the basic boxes.. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

The good thing: - the apartment is well located, away from the kilombo, having nearby shops and easy access to connect with transportation. - the apartment is spacious. Bad: - in the ongresar al departamento nos invadio an intense odor of comida that I accompany us for several days - in the shower the water did not drain well, it should be covered with hair. - the air extractor in the kitchen was broken the ON/off knob so it made its use impossible. - the microwave was in the kitchen counter but the cable did not reach the outlet. I am writing to you at the property, you told me that you were going to bring me an extension and that never happened. I had to use the microwave in a shot from the floor - the mattress screams for change

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
