In 40 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates two people with a double bedroom.
The property is located near the Porto di Mare stop of the M3 and near the Milan Rogoredo railway station, from which it is possible to reach the center of Milan and from which the AV trains depart. The area, in addition to being well connected thanks to public transport, is complete with all the necessary services.
LIVING AREA. Kitchenette complete with four gas burners, traditional oven, electric kettle and coffee machine, dishwasher, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
DOUBLE BEDROOM. Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe, TV with chest of drawers. AC split.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, hairdryer and washing machine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Two balconies accessible from the living area and bedroom.

When the place arrived the washing machine and the heating did not work (the washing machine was fixed but the heating was not) when the power went away there was no effective instruction to solve the problem then it took us more than 20 minutes to find where the tacos were, the response by Wpp sometimes took and once I was left in view. And lastly there was no trash bag, sponge or dish soap

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
