You are in the authentic heart of Milan, between the magic of the Sant'Ambrogio district, renowned above all for the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Catholic University and the charm of Piazza Cairoli, Castello Sforzesco, Cadorna and Cordusio! Proceeding on foot along Via Meravigli and Via Dante between dehors for an aperitif and elegant shops of all kinds, in just 15 minutes you will arrive in Piazza Duomo!
The accommodation is not recommended for those looking for a home "to live in" or for those who intend to use the kitchenette regularly to prepare lavish lunches or dinners.
The approximately 25sqm apartment number 313 is located on the third floor with lift of an elegant Milanese building with concierge, has all the main comforts and is organized as follows:
- LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with sofa bed and small kitchenette with 2-burner hob, kettle, small fridge. Private balcony facing Corso Magenta.
Bathroom with bidet and small shower box
- UPPER LEVEL (reachable via internal stairs) with double bed
The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them
Additional services available: A/C with unique split, central heating, unlimited wifi, small balcony, TV.
Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on floor -1 shared with the other guests. They work every day from 8AM till 7PM. There are 5 steps to climb at the entrance to the building.
Outside on the street there are tram stops # 16 and # 19: the closest stop is Corso Magenta / Viale Nirone at 20 meters.
If you travel by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only for a fee: the closest paid garages are "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in the "C area" of the city: it's mandatory to pay a ticket if you travel by car.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
