You are in the authentic heart of Milan, between the magic of the Sant'Ambrogio district, renowned above all for the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Catholic University and the charm of Piazza Cairoli, Castello Sforzesco, Cadorna and Cordusio! Proceeding on foot along Via Meravigli and Via Dante between dehors for an aperitif and elegant shops of all kinds, in just 15 minutes you will arrive in Piazza Duomo!
The accommodation is not recommended for those who are looking for a house "to live in" or for those who intend to regularly use the kitchenette to prepare lavish lunches or dinners.
Apartment number 507 of approximately 25m2 is located on the fifth floor with lift (which goes up to the fourth floor, so it is necessary to climb the stairs from the fourth to the fifth floor) of an elegant Milanese building with concierge, has all the main comforts and it is organized like this:
-LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with sofa and small kitchenette with 2 burner hob, kettle, small fridge.

-UPPER LEVEL (reachable via internal stairs) with double bed

Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on the -1 floor shared with other guests. They are active every day from 8am to 7pm. There are 5 steps at the entrance before reaching the lift.

If you are traveling by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only requires a fee: the closest paid garages are the Sant'Ambrogio Parking near the house, "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and the "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in area C, if you come by car you need to pay the access ticket.

1. loft The second floor has a window but no curtain, the hidden part is missing 2. There is an occasional odor of the drain pipes, especially the wash time 3. Not suitable for a regular stay, a short stay for a few days would have been ok 4. Respond online sometimes, or respond more slowly 5. The lady at the front desk is very nice
