The apartment is located in an incredible location, almost unobtainable! You are in the authentic heart of Milan, between the magic of the Sant'Ambrogio district, renowned above all for the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Catholic University and the charm of Piazza Cairoli, Castello Sforzesco, Cadorna and Cordusio! Proceeding on foot along Via Meravigli and Via Dante between dehors for an aperitif and elegant shops of all kinds, in just 15 minutes you will arrive in Piazza Duomo!
The accommodation is not recommended for those looking for a home "to live in" or for those who intend to use the kitchenette assiduously to prepare lavish lunches or dinners.
Apartment number 205 of approximately 25m2 is located on the second floor of an elegant Milanese building with concierge, has all the main comforts and is organized as follows:
-LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with sofa bed and small kitchenette with 2-burner hob, kettle, small fridge. Bathroom with bidet and small shower cubicle
- UPPER LEVEL (reachable via internal stairs) with double bed.
The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them. Low ceilings, in some places maximum height 175cm.
Further services available: air conditioning with single split, central heating, unlimited wifi, small balcony.
Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on floor -1 shared with the other guests. They are active every day from 8 to 19. There are 5 steps at the entrance before reaching the lift. ATTENTION: the lift in the building goes up to the fourth floor. To reach the fifth floor you have to walk up one floor.

Two-month stay in a very central location. The flat is as described: small and cosy. Commendation: Special thanks to Shabiri from reception. Fantastic, always there for us, kind and helpful; her professionalism made our stay much more enjoyable. Critical issues: Cleanliness and check-in: Upon our arrival, the property was dusty. Arranging check-in was difficult due to the Host’s initial lack of responsiveness, which was subsequently resolved. Laundry facilities: The washing machine (€5) and dryer (€3) often did not work properly, forcing us to repeat cycles, which resulted in significant, unbudgeted extra costs. Additional costs: We had agreed on cleaning and a linen change for €30 per week, but after one month, the price increased to €55. We therefore decided not to use the service and cleaned the property ourselves. In summary: an unbeatable location and excellent concierge service, but the management of ancillary costs and cleaning could do with being more transparent.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. Silence from 22.00 to 8.00. PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to sign a short-term rental contract which involves administrative costs of between €50 and €150: the guest will be informed of these costs when the contract is signed. - For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
