Modern and comfortable 56sqm apartment, perfect for three people, located on the ground floor of a building without a lift (one step to access it). The apartment is located 13 minutes walk from the M2 "Udine" metro, an excellent starting point for reaching the main attractions of the city.
The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHEN CORNER (gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, moka, wine glasses and kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, split A/C and sofa bed;
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating with boiler in the kitchen cabinet, hairdryer, washing machine and clothesline.

PLEASE NOTE. There is a step in the bathroom.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

Terrible apartment! Thisapartment is located in Via Arqua, a neighborhood in Milan known for its crime. The streets are full of garbage piles and dog poop! There are also disgusting characters around. I also had issues with the hot water and Wifi. I asked the host for their help but she did very little! Windows aren't the best. And then the apartment and also on the ground floor of the building. And then there were people who made a noise at three in the morning when I was trying to sleep! There was a man knocking on a door and there was a woman telling him to leave! They screamed for two hours! Thisapartmentis bad and I don't recommend it 100%! I went to stay at another AirBnB. The day I was leaving, I met a lady who told me she had bought a house in that neighborhood in 2013 and the neighborhood got worse in the last 10 years. Don't go here!

It’s very uncommon to find an apartment that is new and clean like this in Milan. Some great restaurants close by.
