The Charming Abode is located near the town of Rethymnon, in the village of Atsipopoulo. Atsipopoulo is a nice suburb of Rethymnon Town, only 5 km from the city center. There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, ATM, tavernas and bus station. The apartment is ideal for people who want a quiet place to relax. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away.

Spacious and pleasant accommodation, Manolis does his best to be pleasant to us. We stayed 3 weeks, and we don't regret it, there are small shops close to the accommodation, pizzeria, bakery, pharmacy, food... There is a small beach in a small cove near Gerani about 6 km away and a large beach several kilometers long towards Georgiopoulis, it starts about 13 km from the accommodation.

Manolis' apartment is spacious and well-equipped. However, the bed is really not comfortable and squeaks a lot (not practical when sleeping 2).

We stayed at Manolis for about 1,5 months and worked remotely. We enjoyed our time in Rethymno and appreciated all the help and recommendations that Manolis gave us. He was very accommodating and answered very fast to all our questions. The apartment is equipped with all you need for a longer stay, also the internet works well, so we were able to work remotely with no issues. There is a parking spot available, and for us was very comfortable to use the car and explore the area. The area is peaceful and quiet, and you can hear the birds and relax.

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
