The place is good for two people, as described and photographed. It is ideally placed to be able to get around the city, on foot or by public transport. Although on a busy road, the windows are well insulated and the noise is not disturbing. The apartment is very bright, impeccably clean. Communication with Filipa was perfect. Thanks again!

Great family hosting, great and easy to access location. Only one point that for us generated some discomfort was the use of hot water. The heater works with a limit, according to the capacity of the water reservoir. For 2 adults and 1 baby, as the dynamics is a little different for bathing, one of the adults had to wait at least 20 min for the reservoir to fill again and so be able to take a hot bath. We had no knowledge of this and we only knew it in practice. Worth most worth it!

We loved this flat! We had a little trouble getting in, you really need the unlocking app (won’t let me post the name but Filipa sent it) right away. Once we figured out how to use the app, all went well. The flat looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The neighborhood was gorgeous and there’s convenient bus stops literally at your door. A grocery store is steps away, great restaurants and the best gelato, Nannarellas near by. The ac worked great as did the rest of the appliances. The flat is really centrally located for sight seeing but away from the crowds the rest of the time. In a word, PERFECT We were so thankful for the elevator (a few steps to get to it) There is a slight smell as you enter the building but not in the flat. The hallway to the flat does not prepare you for how beautifully the flat has been decorated and updated. Stay here! You won’t regret it

The accommodation although located in an old building is perfect because it is freshly renovated. It's all there. Only inconvenient, although the windows have been renovated, the room is poorly soundproofed (permanent disturbance coming from traffic on Rue Sao Bento, and I add the nuisance of the neighboring apartment whose radio and/or TV works until very late at night........

It was a nice apartment like in the photo. The towels were a little bit old and I lacked a normal dishwashing sponge, but apart of that the staying was very comfortable and the owner answered rather quickly. The apartment is located in a good area not far from the city centre (20 mins on foot) and the bus stop is just outside the door. We liked our stay there, thank you

Accommodation is very modern and was super clean. Location is great, it’s a busy street but bedroom has double glazing and ear plugs are provided. Filipa was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Only downsides are that the hot water for shower runs out very quickly, and the checkout is very strict as a staff member let themselves into the flat at 11:00 on the dot. Overall was a great stay and would come back again.

Very responsive host, great location as it is central to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops and very close to public transport. Relatively quite at night considering you are still in the city. Would recommend for those who are travelling on a budget but want clean, basic amenities. The only note was that the hot water doesn’t last for longer than one showers worth so you may want to stagger your shower times if there is 2 of you, but we found this easy enough to work around.

5/5 would recommend and book again This apartment is perfect for exploring Lisbon and just as pictured. It has everything you need even when traveling with a toddler. If you are noise sensitive, this might be not for you because of street & neighbor noises. The information provided beforehand was very detailed and helpful. Filipa was very easy to reach and acted quickly on feedback.

I loved how clean and tidy was the place. There’s absolutely everything you need. Location is perfect surrounded by my favorite cafes In beautiful neighbourhood very close to the centre. The only minus I can note is that you can easily hear your neighbours talking. So if you’re sensitive sleeping, don’t forget to bring your ear plugs, since they might talk or watch TV pretty loud at night .
