The double BEDROOM with fitted wardrobes comprises a luxurious super king-size bed with hotel grade mattress, large windows overlooking the quiet rear gardens and a dedicated office space with a desk and free internet access.

The LIVING ROOM with its floor-to-ceiling windows allows for lots of natural light in. The elegantly decorated living space comprises a dining table for 4 and a stylish sofa that converts into a sofa bed (comfortable 1 person) if required. In the corner there is a chic mini bar so you can fix yourself your favourite drink, relax and unwind on the comfy sofa after a long day.

There is a 50-inch flat screen Samsung Smart TV, so you can watch Netflix or sign into your own streaming services.

The fully equipped open-plan KITCHEN includes an oven, hob, wine cooler, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Will you need to whip up a lovely meal during your stay, there is plenty of utensils, pots and pans in the cupboards.

The entrance to the building is via concierge desk or side entrance via ramp.
Guests have access to the full property during their stay.

This is an absolutely warm apartment with a homely feel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house was very clean and chic, fitted with all the right amenities.Neighbourhood is safe & centrally located, easy to get around. Joanna is an amazing host, it was a last minute booking but she was very responsive, made check in seamlessly. She was also very thoughtful & welcoming by supplying a snack bar and ensured the house smelt amazing with the use of calming diffusers. I'd definitely come again & again!

I had the most incredible experience staying at Rentique's place! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made me feel at home. The apartment was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Joanna went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time, offering thoughtful recommendations for local spots to check out and being super responsive whenever I had questions. The attention to detail was amazing, from the cozy super king size bed to the small touches like complimentary snacks and beverages. I highly recommend staying at Rentique's place – it’s clear they care deeply about their guests' experience. It’s my second time I booked with them and I will be staying with them again in the future.
