This wonderful apartment is located in Nations Park in Lisbon (17th floor), one of the most modern and dynamic areas in Lisbon. With 100 m2, all rooms on this duplex apartment offer a panoramic view over the Tagus River.
The space
On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, the master bedroom with a dressing closet and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. On the ground floor, there is a Living/Dining room with an extra toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The Apartment has access to 1 free parking space available for our guests.

Guests can enjoy their meals on the balcony, overlooking an impressive view of Lisbon, the Tagus River and the Gare do Oriente designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. The dining and living room is very comfortable with plenty of natural light and a sweeping view of the River. The flat is modern, very spacious, set with cable TV, free Wi-Fi access, 24-hour security service, air conditioning, Hi-Fi Audio System, and central heating.

It is located very near the Lisbon International Airport (5 minutes drive, Taxi or 2 Metro stations) on River Tagus waterfront on top of Vasco da Gama shopping centre. Oriente metro and train station are 2 minutes walking distance.

The unit is well located just next to the Oriente station with both train and subway access. The mall is right next door. The view is awesome. We enjoy the beautiful sunrise everyday. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Luisa. She was very nice. The location of the apartment is great. There is a mall next to it with a big supermarket and restaurants all around.There are some things we noted though as the apartment needs updating. Both bathrooms are in need of maintenance especially the showers. One shower head is installed lower (for a tub) so you basically have to hold the shower head in order to use it, extremely uncomfortable. The second bathroom’s shower head is loose and falls out risking hitting smaller children. Another issue we experienced during our stay had to do with the time of the year as it was unbearably hot inside the apartment. There isnt a thermostat in the apartment that allows you to adjust the temperature and Luisa explained that the building turns on the heater which makes the apartment really hot. She mentioned that we had the option to open the window. The challenge there is that during the night you can hear activity from the street making the
