The place is clean and location is great. Everything inside was in good working order. Check-in can be tricky. They use an app to open the door, which I think is a good idea, but the app didn't work for me so I was on the side of the street for a while until the owner of the shop next door let me in.

We enjoyed our stay in Lisbon at Filipa's place. It was a fantastic location - close to all trains for day trips, and centrally located making it easy to access all parts of Lisbon. The apartment had everything we needed and Filipa was extremely responsive. The one bedroom was very quiet and peaceful as it's at the back of building, the other bedroom is on the street side so there is more noise. Thanks again Filipa! I would certainly stay here again.

Awesome rental and great location near a lot to do. Perfect for our family of 4. We had plenty of room for everyone to decompress after some long days out in Lisbon. Also, while the listing says washer - it is a combo washer/dryer which was brilliant and very much appreciated! Filipa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Very nice apartment convenient to the main tourist area but 1 block away to preserve some peace and quiet. Excellent communication. Only issue was that the shower was a bit small for a 6-foot 2-inch person.

Fantastic stay at Filipa’s place for our family of three. It was clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located to many destinations and sites. We loved hanging out in the living room because it was bright and airy. With the windows open, you could hear the liveliness of the nearby areas. The kitchen was well-stocked and we really appreciated having a washer/dryer combo, especially because our airline delayed our bags by 2.5 days. Special shout-out to the very warm and welcoming shopkeeper (Naveed) who ran the souvenir shop next door, who we got to know when we needed some emergency toiletries and electrical adapter to replace those that were in our delayed bags. Finally, the front bedroom can have some street noise at night as others have noted. This is the reality when staying in a city. I used earplugs when I slept, and was able to sleep well.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in the heart of Lisbon from May 17–22. The space was clean, spacious, and well-appointed—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with our friendly host, Filipa, was easy and efficient throughout. ImWe had good wi-fi service in the apt. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the middle of all the action, with fantastic access to the subway, buses, and tons of restaurants and sights within walking distance. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Lisbon!

Beautiful and decorated property in the heart of Lisbon's center walking distance from what you need including convenient transportation. Take into account a lot of stairs so less comfortable with small children or adults. I will note that the apartment was fully equipped for toddlers including a bath, playpen, chair and kitchen utensils for children which was wonderful.

Our stay at Filipa's property was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was beautifully decorated and as seen in the photos. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment in addition to being well decorated is very functional. Very nice location, we were able to do all the tours either on foot or by taking public transport close to the apartment (bus and tram). The equipment is fine, maybe planning a renovation of the bathroom. To know also that there is currently work in the building next door, the street is one way so little used but it is paved, it's a little noisy. One of the 2 bedrooms is located in the back and is very quiet. Many amenities around the apartment. It's very much appreciated.

Lovely flat and so central which makes it easy to walk to all the neighbourhoods. If going there by metro it is extremely close to the Baixa-Chiado station but be sure to use the Crucifixo exit which is only 200m from flat. The area is very central and can be noisy but the street the flat is on is very quiet. Flat has everything you could need. Lots of seating, kitchen nice and has all the utensils, everything was super clean and lots of information leaflets about things to see and do.

Excellent location, downtown close to hot spots, restaurants, great breakfast restaurants and bakeries and public transport. Everything well arranged and communication was adequate and clear. Beds were a lot beter than most hotels. Be sure to book the shuttle from/to the airport well in advance.

Pro: the apartment is spacious and well equipped. There’s a maintenance team so it’s clean and filled with towels, sheets, etc. It’s in old town, so close to view points, restaurants, etc The digital guide is helpful and accessible. Host provided a humidifier upon request which was nice! Con: the bathroom sink drains really slowly and got no response from the host when request to check. When we checked in, the instruction was simply ring the door bell, but didn’t get any response. I used the app to open it instead, but due to slow international roaming data, it took a while to finally open the building door. We had a rental car, but the parking was fairly pricey around the neighborhood. There was no baby bath per se. One day, a maintenance guy came in and cleaned the apartment without any notice in advance which I thought was a bit odd.

This is a wonderful, spacious apartment in downtown Lisbon. There is plenty of room for multiple people. The bedrooms are quite large. The living room is also large space with a nice very functional kitchen. It is super helpful to have a clothes washing machine in the kitchen! The host was very helpful prior to our arrival with all the needed information. They were also able to let us into the place an hour early, so we did not need to store our luggage.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment at the end of August with 4 adults. We were thrilled with how walkable shops, restaurants and cafes were from this great 2nd floor apt! Steps from coffee and Pasteis de Nata! The view out the windows in the living room was a beautiful azulejo facade, beds were clean, firm, and comfy, beautiful living space, and sharing a bathroom for 4 of us was not a problem at all. The shower is a bit snug, but we didn't mind. You can walk to several must-see spots from this great location! It was a perfect base for a stay in Lisbon. We felt very safe, the provided amenities were great, we appreciated the tourist brochures and maps that were in the entry way, and had a great stay. The host is very communicative, and we were able to check in early which was perfect for us to freshen up after a long flight before venturing out! We loved the digital locks which made it easy for us to come and go. If we are back in Lisbon again, we would definitely stay here!

We are two adults and two kids (5,2) and we stayed here for fourteen days. First off the flat is exactly like the pictures. It is clean and well laid out with all amenities you would need for a long stay. The location is so close to may buses and the metro. This was so helpful since we had tiny legs with us. From our flat we were able to get everywhere in Lisbon with ease. The flat has a great living room, with enough space for the kids to play in the mornings while we waited for coffee to kick in. Filipa had a lot of books with suggestions for activities in Lisbon. And the folder with all the information for the flat was clearly laid out and made living easy. Plus she was super responsive when we had questions. We found that the kids slept best in the two double bed room because it was farther from the street and quieter. It does get a bit noisy on the weekends, but we got use to it. The flat is on the second floor, but we didn't find the stairs a problem. Awesome experience.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Filipa’s listing! She was responsive and helpful from the time we booked it to the time we departed. We instantly felt comfortable inside with all of the amenities, the decorative details, and it’s cleanliness. Personally, I am thrilled to notice the soft scent of cleaning products when I stay away from home, and also was impressed with a mid stay cleaning. I agree with other reviews that the mattresses were firm, but after walking all day exploring, we still all slept quite well. The location in Lisbon couldn’t get any better! This place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Lisbon. We loved the location to explore all parts of the city. My boys loved the space in the living room to play when we were there. This is the perfect place in the perfect city! We immediately felt at home in the apartment, which is beautifully decorated and within walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go. This air Bnb was everything we were looking for and MORE! The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of everything yet was completely quite at night for optimal sleeping conditions. You are a 5 minute walk to trains, busses, etc. to explore the city with ease, and a short walk to all of the main attractions throughout Lisbon. This apartment is fantastic and in a great location. We were later than expected to check in and Filipa had a colleague come and get us settled in. Her colleague couldn’t have been more wonderful. She was so nice and showed us everything about the apartment and even took the time to show us some fun places to go see on the map. The apartment is spotless and beautifully styled and the location is great because it’s in the center of everything and you can walk to all of the different areas easily. We are a family with 2 kids and we had a fantastic stay at this stylish apartment. Some AirBnB's have the looks but lack the practical stuff: not here. There is ample room to unpack and you will never be out of drawers or hangers. The bathroom is conveniently located in the middle of the apartment with two separate doors leading to the two rooms. Everything works great, no problems whatsoever. And finally it is located right at the heart of the touristic zone. Thanks for a great experience!
