Apartment as described Super location It is very well equipped, nothing is missing... Impeccable cleanliness, quiet and very well located. 10 min walk from the Forville market... from Rue Meynadier... from the seaside... A parking space available Denisa is a perfect host, available and responsive (she will understand what I'm talking about 😜) As I intend to return to Cannes several times, I will take this apartment again without hesitation. Very well located apartment, close to the Palais des Festivals and restaurants. Nothing is missing in the apartment: wifi, television, dryer...and it is well renovated and decorated. Secure private parking, a plus for us. We will certainly come back, especially since Denisa accepts our 4-legged companions.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Cannes. The location is excellent — quiet and cozy. The host, Denisa, was always available and very helpful. There is a nearby mandarin garden where our pet enjoyed walking, which we really appreciated. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful comfortable and quiet apartment with a beautiful terrace! Very close to the train station (5-10 min) and the beaches (20 min) so perfect for discovering Cannes. I recommend it!

we spent two nights in Denisa's accommodation, close to the Palais des Festivals, in a quiet residence, with outdoor parking, apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Denise is attentive, she came to welcome us and is flexible on schedules, I highly recommend!

Denisa was very helpful and check in was easy. Her place had two really nice bedrooms with two modern baths. I loved sipping my wine (she left me a wonderful complementary bottle of rosé)on the front terrace. Walking into town was very easy. My little fur baby especially loved the park next to her building.

The apartment was lovely and just as shown in the photos. The location was perfect. Silent neighborhood, yet close to everything. The air conditioning was nice. Though there were only fans in the bedroom, it did not get too warm. There were some miscommunications regarding the check out but it worked out fine.

We had a wonderful stay at 4 in this Cannes apartment. The location is great for city outings (5 minutes walk)! Everything is equipped clean and very high-tech! The apartment is super well equipped and the beds are comfortable. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Cannes. The host is super responsive and advised us where to go and others. I recommend it!

Denise was super helpful and responsive. We were able to early check in after a red eye flight. Location is very good. 10 mins to Palais and Train station. There is a supermarket near by. Apartment is very nice and functional. Nothing to complaint. Highly recommended

Denisa is a warm and welcoming landlady. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the old town, the Palais Festival and the beaches, but far enough away to sleep peacefully with the window open. The flat is divided into two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for a stay with a family or friends. We have been guests of Denisa's for years and I always try to book the flat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Denisa was great and very accommodating, and she even met us at the train station and walked us to the flat, helping with our luggage. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, and it was a 10 minutewalk to all of the great shops, restaurants, and the Promenade. Denisa checked in with us throughout and was a great host. She even welcomed us with a bottle of wine! The only surprise was that there is no air conditioner in the second bedroom, but that may have been noted in the listing? Overall, it was a wonderful stay in an excellent apartment with a gracious host!

Denisa is a courteous, attentive and caring host. The flat is within walking distance of the Croisette and the old town and is an ideal base for exploring Cannes. The split into two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms means the flat can also be used by two couples. We have been booking the flat for years and are always delighted.

From the very start, Denisa wad fantastic about everything. Denisa communicated freely and was so helpful. Covid interrupted our initial trip, but 2 years later, we re-booked with her because she was so lovely. The flat is stunning. It3's an easy walk to the Paleis and Denisa made sure there were a few groceries in the fridge after a long trip. She touched base over our stay to ensure all was fine I highly recommend this flat and Denisa herself. Brilliant visit to Cannes

Denisa is very transparent and the apartment was wonderfully decorated. She took her time getting it together and the great part is that for American kids being present, the TV offered English audio which is a rare find. The apartment is literally only ten minutes walk to the beach and you walk through tourist town to get there, so a win win. The street was extremely quiet and apartment secure. I drove but everything including grocery store is within walking distance. A strong AC unit will make this apartment a 100%. The all in one washer and dryer made it a perfect beach day everyday without having to store wet clothes.

Denisa is a very helpful and friendly host. Quick answers and very flexible with everything. Location of the apartment is great, everything is close by. Only minus point was the cleanness in parts of the apartment, that should be changed. Nevertheless we had a great time and would come back :)

The apartment is very exactly as described. It´s stylish, with a lot of space, well equiped and good internet. it´s very cozy so that you feel home straight away. Moreover it is very well located, only 10 min walk to the Palais and 15 min to the beach, less then 10 min to the old town. Supermarkets and pastries,...is close by. And Denisa is a great host. Lovely and very helpful. very good and efficient communication. I strongly recommend the apartment and will defenitely come back myself.

Denisa’s home is new refurbished with very good ideas. The location of the home was extremely good in cannes. The surround of the area is quite good for the summer time. Denisa is a good and helpful owner.

The apartment has been completely renovated and looks fresh and modern. This also applies to the furniture. It's sparkling clean. Two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with plenty of good quality towels. The living room has a large TV with many options (including Netflix). There is a spacious terrace on the street side and a pleasant small terrace at the rear. The garage (for a mid-range car at most) is definitely a plus in a city like Cannes. The apartment is accessible by lift (also from the garage). The location is quiet and yet close to the city centre, the beach, ... The air conditioner in question is unfortunately a mobile device. There is no microwave or kettle in the kitchen. Denisa is a quick and pleasant person who responds quickly to messages. She was also flexible when it came to check-in and check-out.
