Great building and wonderful staff they have. We rented a cabana for half the day and everything is fairly easy to pay for. You can either add it to your room or pay separately at the front desk. Harry from the hotel staff was extremely helpful with luggage to even helping with our car arrangements. The unit is stunning and well kept, small insignificant stains we noticed but nothing crazy. Would recommend and will be booking again soon!! A very big thank you to Ammos Vacation Rentals ! Communication was great and they responded in a timely manner. 😊

Everything was fine, we were on the 29th floor and the view was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The only thing to keep in mind is the schedule of the beach chair and towel service. I wish it had been later. It ends at 5pm, but they start to pack everything up at 4:30. After all good 👍🏼

The view of the surroundings almost 360° from the unit, it is very beautiful. The place is suitable for a family vacation. The use of the elevator in the building at some times of the day, is a real challenge. Several minutes of waiting, more than usual. During the stay, the dishwasher and the unit cooler were damaged. Ammos Vacation Rentals, while diligently tried to address the issue, did not respect the initially agreed time so that they could access the unit. Subsequently, without our consent and without our presence, they entered the unit at a time that was not mutually agreed upon. This seems very serious to me and on the limit of the legal. The lack of maintenance of the unit is not the tenants' problem. Very bad experience with Ammos Vacation Rentals

Excellent location and accommodations! The apartment was very well-maintained and clean, and the host’s response was always prompt and appropriate. We did, however, encounter an issue with an unpleasant odor coming from the refrigerator. It’s important to note that valet parking has an additional cost of $40 per day, and there is a mandatory resort fee of $33 per day. During peak season, the elevator tends to be congested.

I had a great time here at the Hyde Beach house; however, I could not use the spa due to its inconsistent service. Besides that, I enjoyed the beach and food near the beach house.

This listing exceeded all of my expectations! The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. The location was prefect. I would highly recommend Ammos Vacation Rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it more stars if I could!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, the staff in the Lobby were very friendly and helpful, our host was exceptional at answering all my questions within an hour and the home exceeded our expectations as it was much more spacious than in the pictures and everything is just like the pictures! It’s a large 2 bedroom 2 Bath apartment, nicely decorated and was very clean. We had no issues at all and the views from the very large wrap around balcony on the 29th floor were to die for. During the day you see all the boats on the intercostal and the beautiful turquoise waters of Hallandale Beach. During the night you see the lights are as if you are in Las Vegas and sitting and watching the Hard Rock Guitar hotel change colors was very amusing for my family. I felt so relaxed here that I didn’t need my anxiety medications. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I’m already thinking of when I can go back. I highly recommend this home and our host. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This place is great. We’ll come back for sure. The only downside was that I didn’t know we have to pay $70 daily for parking and hotel charges. It’s worth it but I did not appreciate the surprise. So make sure you are prepared for that.

Great place across the street from the beach. Pools and the hot tub are great. My son said the workout room was really nice. Front desk people were extremely helpful. They were able to get us plenty of cleans towels. The pool and beach area had plenty of towels. There was a smell in one of the bathrooms but they quickly got that resolved. Get to the beach early to get a good location. The valet was pretty quick to get your car for you. The place was busy and you sometimes had to wait on the elevator but we stayed probably one of the busiest times of the year. The view is amazing. Overall great place and I would stay again.

Very nice condo but too many rules about no food at pool. Only implemented on a random search. Elevator takes forever and no one wears a mask, even though there’s a sign saying you must wear them. Never any towels and no one comes around to clean up pool area. Condo unit was nice with a beautiful view but the furniture was tired and a bit worn out. Needs an update to charge the fee! Also, the condo isn’t close to much and should have a restaurant in building.

Went to Miami for work and loved staying in Hollywood instead of Miami Beach. Pros: • Great view, between city and ocean with rap around balcony • Although on the 29th floor the elevator is quick • Valet moves pretty quickly • Quick access to the highway Cons: • Couch is dirty in the living room, visibly soiled and needs to be replaced or cleaned. I put a blanket over it just to sit on it. • Beautiful kitchen but no dish liquid to wash dishes or wash hands at the sink, I bought some and left it for the next person :) • Biggest issue: shower water pressure is terrible. Literally drips out like a light rain, super hard to thoroughly wash yourself. I understand it’s a raindrop head but maybe being on the 29th floor gets you really bad water pressure. It’s a shame because the bathrooms are so nice.

This Airbnb is very clean and peaceful. But I had a problem with the host. The communication was very bad. I complained that my room had light and due to that I had to use the bathroom light. Yet, nobody refused to fix the issue. That experience made me very upset. Other than that the place looks just like how they present it.

This rental unit is great if you haven't ever stayed in an Airbnb or VRBO before. We had 2 towels to share between 6 of us staying at the unit (for both showers and the pool / beach). Had to beg a housekeeper for more. When I called the front desk they said it wasn't their responsibility to provide us with anything because we were staying in a privately owned unit. The irony of it all was that the host told us that the hotel maintained the unit in terms of cleaning it, re-stocking, etc. Lots of finger pointing. Also the photos make it seem like you can bounce in between the pools at both Hyde buildings -- you cannot. We packed our whole family up for a day at the pool across the street from us, mainly because the pools in our building were FREEZING cold and our kids would cry each time we put them in. The pool across the street of course was heated and nice. Ended up tipping a security guard, who let us stay for the day. The balcony was beautiful but was covered in black dirt and soot -- our feet were black every time we came inside whether we had shoes on or not, so we resorted to wiping down our feet each time we went out there and/or our kids. There were no fitted sheets on any of the beds either, so most of the night you were sleeping on the mattress...also ran out of just about everything (toilet paper 1 roll, paper towels 1 roll, no dishwasher detergent, no laundry detergent) had to go out and purchase all of this. I think the host needs to make clear who is in charge the hotel or them. Right now it seems like the host has just given all of the duties of maintaining the unit to the hotel staff, however the hotel when you ask them for anything says its not their responsibility and to take it up with the host. Definitely do not vacation here with kids / family -- this is for a younger crowd who isn't expecting ANYTHING.

The unit is spectacular. Actually looks better in person. The view is amazing from the wrap around balcony. Several things to beware of which have nothing to do with the actual apartment. The building is over 45 floors and only has 4 elevators serving it. Waiting time for an elevator is brutal. There were never towels at the pool so bring your own. The bar/restaurant by the pool was open one out of four days. The beach in this area of Hollywood is very narrow and was extremely crowded.

The pictures do not do justice! This place was amazing and had amazing views. I definitely would recommend this place for anyone visiting the South Florida area. I will definitely stay here again . They allowed early check in and the check in process was smooth. There were no hidden fees everything was wonderful.

First I would like to say the condo was beautiful just like the pictures. View was AMAZING!!! Two reasons I didn’t give the property 5 stars was because we had to endure and entire day with ICE COLD water. We couldn’t wash, shower, or wash dishes. I literally had to spend my birthday inside because we couldn’t shower and had no hot water at all . The morning of check out we had to be at the airport by 6:30 an so we were downstairs to get the car at 5:45. The valet guy was MIA!! I guess sleep somewhere but the front desk could not locate him at all. We didn’t get our car until almost 6:15 which means we had to speed to the airport in the rain in order to not miss our flight. There was no mention of a compensation for not having water a full day at all so this is the reason for the two stars.. If you plan on having a great vacation with hot water to bathe for that reason only I personally wont be back again. This was no fault of the owner of this unit it was the building.

I wasn’t advised before traveling from Michigan to Florida that I would need a a card with a chip on it to check in so when I got there it took them several hours to get me into my room what I was told was since you don’t have a card with a chip on it you can’t stay even though I was not advised of that before coming and they also said I would have to contact the owner for a refund if they give it to me pissed me all the way off I had to use the restroom which I was advised it was no public restroom so I would need to check in but I couldn’t because my card have no chip on it so after waiting hours my boyfriend went and put money on a card with a chip The house is beautiful and was very immaculate but the check in was it for me

Pros ; Over all the condo is very beautiful . It is exactly as the picture . Very spacious large balcony the view is everything . Communications is great . Cons: the resort has additional fees ( which should be listed so guest can know ) They only offer valet which sucks ( they are not friendly They don’t have bellmen , so you have to carry all your stuff up alone. The place was not well cleaned apon arrival ( which is the resorts fault not Ammos ) No access to room service since it’s a Airbnb . If your a clean freak like me I would of hoped to at least have a broom / mop so that I could maintain the place during my stay. Over all if they add room service For guest and better parking this place would be an excellent stay .

Place is super clean. The building feels like a resort more than anything. Beautiful views from the 29th floor. Location was great for shopping and restaurants. If you wish to track down to Miami, the drive is surprisingly faster than anticipated. Overall very satisfied and would recommend and stay again.
