The place is very good, well located the very good apartment Unfortunately, the freezer in the fridge wasn't working, so we couldn't store frozen products, ice cream and other things. very demanding at check-out, 15 min before the time and sending people to check the room, the minimum is to respect the schedules

The day I arrived, I told them I didn't have internet. They told me it was up to Lyfe and not them. Then the maintenance people told me that it was the owner who had to put in a repeater. I couldn't use the internet for the entire stay. The next day I put an ice cream cake in the freezer and I had to throw it away because it wasn't working. They sent technicians for 3 days but it wasn't fixed. I had to ask Airbnb for help to get some of what I had already paid back, since what they wanted to give me was nothing! Luckily, Airbnb evaluated what happened and realised that I was right. Being on vacation in Miami without a freezer and the fridge not working properly, and not giving me any solution... a disaster. I don't recommend unit 1704 of the Lyfe.

Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
