Upon arrival at the resort, the front desk will welcome you and provide an electronic key and all the instructions needed for your stay.
Credit card & ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Incidentals will consist of resort fees & or parking fees. No Exceptions. Security Deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank. -

Effective January 1, 2026, the overnight valet parking rate will increase to $42. This adjustment is intended to better align with current market conditions while ensuring the continued delivery of the high standard of service that both owners and guests expect.

had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and impeccably clean, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly supportive and responsive, always available to help with any questions or needs. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to several shopping plazas filled with great food options, making dining out super convenient. The beach was also easily accessible, perfect for relaxing days by the ocean. To top it all off, the property features two beautiful pools that were ideal for cooling off and unwinding. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and enjoyable stay!

The view was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. The location was also beautiful. I do need to mention that the hotels were dirty. The bedding was dirty and smelled. I asked for them to replace the sheets and pillows, they were very slow with it. I had to mention it a few times before they finally brought it at the end of the day. The floors were also very dirty and definitely not cleaned. I also want to add that the valet parking damaged my car on the side two doors and did not want to take responsibility. They told me that the car came with that, I know for a fact that it did not. The car is from a rental company and I took a video when I got it. I even showed the video and they still denied it. They have a sort of scam, when you come with the car they don't check the car in front of you, after the damaged was done, they marked the complained spots without telling me that they were there. So as if it was already there.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Miami! The location was nice and felt very family-friendly, though we were there for a girls’ trip and spent most of our time in South Beach — just something to keep in mind, as it’s a bit of a drive. The pools were great (there are two!), and having a bar and food available right on the property was super convenient. We were on the 22nd floor — the elevators were pretty quick, but the lack of AC in the hallways and elevators made things a little uncomfortable at times. The unit itself was very spacious. There were five of us, and we had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The host was awesome — super responsive and accommodating. We were able to arrange early check-in and late checkout for a fee, which was really helpful. The check-in process was smooth and easy, too. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area with their family!

Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
