Wonderful view, nicely furnished inside and clean Had a great stay except for one day the water went out for about 3-4 hours and there was nothing that could be done to shower or cook. It was completely out of the host control and but still an inconvenience out of my 2 day stay

We had a great stay! Amazing location, amenities in the hotel were great, lots to do in the surrounding area, plus the view from the balcony was unreal. The host was amazing, very responsive and helpful. Check-in was also easy; you get a wristband for your room key and a card for beach supplies and towels. A few things to look out for: the kitchen is missing some supplies, for example we had to buy a cookie sheet pan and measuring cups because we didn't have any (we left them there for the next guests ;)), so if you're making food check what you have first! I would also suggest bringing some more comfortable pillows, they weren't awful but not the best haha. Also the shower made it impossible to not get the floor soaked, so keep an extra towel for that! Our comforter had some stains on it too but like the shower, I don't think that's any fault of the owner. overall it was a great trip and it was a very nice hotel, definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend staying here!

Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
