I was not satisfied, in the publication they advertise bathroom services (toilet paper) and it turns out that it was only complimentary, the kitchen sink was leaking and I had to repair it myself, regardless of the fact that I made the claim and they say that they checked and found nothing, the bottom tray of the dishwasher is missing an accessory and you could not put weight on it because the lower sprinkler did not work with weight, I also made the claim and they did not repair it, the toilet seats were very ordinary, plastic, not in accordance with the price charged for the accommodation and the quality of the building, a broken balcony chair, a broken lamp (this was advertised), another balcony chair unnailed... The truth is that the apartment is very poorly maintained. I don't know if it's a problem with the administrator or the owner. My family and I have stayed in the building with other owners on other occasions and this has never happened to me A pity, there is no relationship between price and service, I do not recommend it

Unfortunately, my experience in this unit was not good. The apartment itself is nice, but the Wi-Fi was completely unstable throughout my stay, which seriously affected my work, as I rely 100% on a stable internet connection. Although I reported the issue from the beginning, it was never resolved. The Wi-Fi kept dropping in and out, making it impossible to work, attend meetings, or use it reliably. I ended up leaving the unit earlier than planned due to this, and Airbnb did not issue a fair refund for the unused days. On top of that, I felt there was a lack of empathy from Airbnb support. After years of trusting the platform, this experience was disappointing. If you need a stable connection for work or study, I would not recommend this unit. I hope this review helps others make a better-informed decision.

My stay was perfect. The place is just as shown in the photo: clean, cozy and very well located with a spectacular view. The bed was super comfortable, everything works well and the decor gives it a special touch. The host was super attentive, responds quickly and made sure everything was in order during my stay. I would definitely stay here again, I recommend it 100%.

The place was filthy dirty. It was never cleaned before we came. It had blankets that were previously used and stink like BO, broken porch chair, hair all over the place, the kitchen sink still had food stuck in the sink, mold growing on the walls, broken door knobs. None of the plug ins worked in any of the bathrooms so we had to do our hair in the kitchen with no mirror. The place smells like old mold and the huge vent above that blows all the air through out the unit needs cleaned. The unit needs a HUGE make over. We have stayed at the HYDE for 5 years now and this was far the worst unit we have ever stayed in for the price we payed. We stayed 12 days and payed over 5,000 wich I regret. They should have gave me atleast 2,000 back as I had to complain about everything that needed to be done. It was more of a pain then actualy enjoying my vacation. Ammos did respond when we sent pictures and they did come and clean the unit as we requested. They communicated good.

The location is excellent, no problem with the elevators (unlike the Hyde that overlooks the direct beach), very friendly staff, the view is beautiful, quiet and delighted would return with my family…

The location, the views are superb. Fast valet service, amazing pools, tennis court on 6th floor. Unit was very well equipped with plates, glasses and cooking ware. Could have had a bit more supplies or just notify guests to bring more trashbags, dishwasher capsules, salt and pepper, cleaning supplies etc. other than that, it worth every penny to stay here.

This place had beautiful views, the only thing is, there was no dish soap there were roaches in the bathroom, kitchen, and the refrigerator other than that the place is as described very beautiful, with nice views of the city.

Here are the Pro's and Con's - Pro's - Balcony views were awsome - The sound proofing of the place is great - Plenty of space - Great location Con's - Cockroaches in the kitchen, when sent to the host no response. - No cleaning supplies like paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergen, broom, disinfectant spray ect... (we did leave some behind). - Minimal selection of utensils & cookware - The hotel is very busy and an elevator can take 15 minutes to arrive. - Elevator says 10 people maximum but the staff limits you to 5 then gets mad and gives attitude if you had more than 5 in it. - Check in is at 4 and had to wait till 4:45 to get into the room. - I Checked in earlier than the rest of the party of 8, I got down stairs and was informed that the front desk was extremely rude to them and were assuming we were going to have a party. - We constantly felt like we were being stared at by the hotel staff like we were enemy #1 even though we were respectful.

This Airbnb was inaccurate. The listing showed two bedrooms with two double beds, that was not true. One of the bedrooms had two twin beds, not two double beds. We would have never booked this unit had we known the bedroom had 2 twin beds. The listing said there was private wifi in the unit. A wifi network and password was provided to us, but did not exist once we arrived. The host told us “we don’t have wifi and we never did”. The host was extremely unhelpful in resolving the wifi issue. They were rude to me on the phone, combative, and ended up hanging up on me with no resolution. I had to contact Airbnb directly. After all of that… there were cockroaches in the kitchen. We found 6 cockroaches when we came home from dinner, in the kitchen, on our items, on our food items, all over in the kitchen. The host did not respond when contacted about the roaches. We left the Airbnb at 12am and paid a lot of money for a hotel nearby. Will never book with Ammos again.

We had a good experience here. We were a bit nervous after a recent bad review, but everything went smoothly on our stay. The apartment is as pictured and it is fairly child friendly. Ammos provided a Pack n Play, which was missing when we arrived at the apartment but they quickly delivered it that evening after I contacted them about it! So that was great service. There is no high-chair (we didn’t need it). Washer and dryer worked well. Beds are comfortable and there are blackout shades. WiFi is fast. Hotel has two nice heated pools, tennis court, gym, jacuzzi, racquet ball. There are grocery stores within 10min driving. It is on a busy large street (not quite a highway, but multiple lanes, but apartment is quiet) and you have to cross to get to the beach. That being said, beach access is easy and, as described, you get 2 chairs and one umbrella as part of the rental. The kitchen is sparsely equipped and clearly not intended for those that plan to cook a lot. We had to get our own basics such as salt, pepper, oil, as well as dish soap and sponge, and laundry detergent, which typically are available at Airbnbs and I would have expected in a rental at this price point. But overall it was a lovely stay and I would recommend it.

DONT USE THEM they are liars and they dont pay hotel to give you cleaning service towels tv any ammenities not on the beach across a large street. The owner of ammos is not honest and offered no help

The views, the views, the views. You get the ocean, the city skyline, and the channel with boats going by all day long. It’s beautiful. It’s super spacious. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all. Within walking distance of the beach that’s across the street so that was nice. Pool was heated. In between ft Lauderdale and south beach so good location. And only 10 minute from adventures mall, which we loved. Great stay!

Pros: Great views of the city. Great pool areas. Central location to many attractions in the greater Miami area. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Cons: The elevators can be slow to use during times of high traffic. The units aren't stocked with many toiletries and cleaning supplies, so you'll need to buy most of these yourself. Overall: Fun place to stay and worth the money!

Our stay was good. We had only 4 towels for 5 guests and had to get some from the front desk. There were no dish clothes and very little cleaning products for dishes or laundry. Nice shampoos and soaps were a plus. Location was great and close to a lot of grocery and dining. The pools were very comfortable. Short walk to the beach was a big plus.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING. Highly disappointed with our experience. For starters we couldn't check in until 6pm. Nobody in the hotel cared to help out and try to accommodate being that it was booked through Airbnb. the host didn't respond until 1.5 hrs later. The apartment needed a deep cleaning. the counters were sticky. The floors needed a better wash. The windows and glass doors looked like they haven't been washed in a few months. It was honestly shocking. No paper towel/hand soap were provided. Not enough towels to serve the amount of guests this apt holds. We waited over a day to get more towels. The water pressure in the showers were very low. The freezer was broken. The ice melted and leaked out on the floor.. Nobody cares if you're happy or not. Honestly a shame :( DO NOT recommend this apartment. You should get better for the price . I stayed in a different apartment in the same building and had an amazing positive experience. Read reviews before booking

The good: Beautiful location and view. Friendly staff and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Extra fee’s we’re known up front. The place felt very secure with multiple security checking wristbands. The bad: This apartment needed a deep cleaning. The bathrooms and kitchen was clean but the floors were dirty and the walls were scuffed and needed a fresh coat of paint. There was no extra towels or bedding. No paper towels or hand soap to wash and dry our hands or any extra trashbags. I have stayed at many airbnb’s that provided these things. It’s not a deal breaker but for $1500 for 2 days you would think these things would be provided. The place itself is beautiful and I would recommend it but I would not stay here again.

I will start by saying that the view is to die for ! Which kind of took the focus off the problems in the house... when we arrived there were holes and scratches all throughout the house on the walls which made it look a little beat up, it was very hot and had a bad smell. You can tell that it wasn’t clean that much. The couch had stains and also when we arrived there was xtra fees we had to pay for that wasn’t communicated via booking or arrival. LUCKILY I made a video of us walking in the house showing the holes and scratches on the wall or they would of charged us for the damage fees... which is crazy because you would think they would check the place out before the next party comes... very sketchy...

Positives- The view was amazing. The pools were nice. Felt like the place was following Covid laws very well. Negatives- place didn’t look that new, floors and walls were dirty. Didn’t look like it was cleaned before, besides the sheets. Some TVs and lights weren’t working -we even contacted them. They came and couldn’t fix them, and never came back to try again or hire someone else .

Amazing Property with wonderful amenities specially the pool at 6th floor is fabulous. Also the view for 42 nd floor was unforgettable. It's very spacious place with 3 bed rooms easily fit two families with kids. Excellent location with nearby 711 come very handy for anything quick to grab including beer :). I can go on writing only good stuff about it , do not hesitate to book if its fits in your budget.
