I must say I didn’t have the best stay here. Firstly, the description saying valet parking but also says there is off site parking, which there is NOT so we had no choice but to valet. Then I paid the valet guy for a day and when I returned from being out he tried to tell me I didn’t pay him which almost resulted in a very bad issue. There is no room service far as changing linens or towels and one of the face rags had a stain on it which creeped me out. Location very far away from everything I had planned so definitely was an inconvenience.

Amazing Penthouse Stay! We stayed in a bright, spacious penthouse on the 43rd floor with an incredible ocean view. The two large bedrooms each have their own bathroom, plus there are big storage areas and a convenient walk-in closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with great appliances. The amenities were excellent — the pool had wonderfully warm water, and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing. The ocean is less than a five-minute walk, and the beach provides two towels, two chairs, and umbrella. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
