My daughter and I stayed in this very nice penthouse apartment. We were there to see a fabulous concert and that wasn’t too far from where we stayed. I was a little concerned about crossing four lanes of the highway, absolutely no worries easy Peezy.! I did not like that. I could not find any potholders! And yes, the elevators are a pain. Other than that great place great price.

Penthouse was beautiful with stunning views . Beds were super comfy and bathrooms and closets were spacious. Such a bright and airy space. The beautiful beach is a 2 min walk. I would definitely rent again if in the area! The elevators can take a few but if you go in knowing that and have patience, it’s not a problem.

Everything was excellent, except that since it is a 2 bedroom apartment, on the terrace there is only one sun lounger + the toilet at one of the bedrooms was clogged! The hotel charges the fee, as well as the parking. Although they force you to pay $150 for hotel activities, we haven't even seen the pool and haven't taken into account. It should be of your choice this matter. You pay if you really go to take advantage of the hotel facilities, but if you don't have time for them you should not pay. Parking a little above average. Otherwise super ok host, the gorgeous place with a soectacular view, both day and evening!

Bad things: Worst cleaning. Beach not so good closet to apartment. Need wait for elivator sometimes and 20minutes Good things: Very nice view!!! This is best thing in this apartment. Also a lot of space

Stay was amazing! The patio and the views were phenomenal. Be aware there are extra fees and pay extra for parking. Sadly there were some problems with our stay. There was no Wi-Fi password provided till the next day. Curtains were broken and could t block out most of the sun. There was only one working controller for all 3 TVs. So that Definitely made it difficult to comfort. There was also a buzzing noise in the middle of the night that didn’t let us sleep because it was locked in a compartment Door that we had no access to. However host did try and fix but noise was gone after. And a huge note the towel holder/shelf is placed very dangerously and I hit my forehead twice and one in my head which injured my head and caused open wound. Id advice the host to put it higher to avoid serious injuries like I did. Host was very slow at responding. But when they came in contact they were very helpful. I rathe this location a 3 out of 5 stars. I’d Definitely stay again if things were fixed🙏

There are positives and negatives aspects about this stay. One thing for sure is the view from the 43rd floor was outstanding and the extra private terrace was a plus. There was a tv in every room with fast pace internet connection. The apartments was well decorated but the cleanliness was average. One could tell the place was over used due to dirty walls, doors and let’s say the living room couch wasn’t white or cream anymore (it was kind of uncomfortable to sit on, we had to put a bed sheet on it). There were very few towels (only 2 wash clothes) and little shower gel available which was not sufficient for the number of days we booked. We asked the host for extra towels and shower gel and he didn’t bring them to us or respond. The elevator at the resort was problematic due to the high volume of people at the resort. The elevated stopped on every floor to pick up people which was very annoying to navigate from one floor to the other and took longer than normal. Overall the view was great but the experience at the resort/apartments and interaction with the host was below average and not worth the room charge.

When I left the hotel, I received an invoice of $152.55 for ?????? this amount was not indicated anywhere in our agreement. There was a cleaning fee (even though the floors in your condo were dirty when we arrived, very dirty). I expect to see a credit for that amount as well as a credit for your cleaning costs.

The location was amazing the cleanliness was cool but there was no hot water and looking at the other reviews it lets me know they new that which is disrespectful . Everything else is cool but they definitely don’t need to be renting it out until they fix the hot water because Imagine taking cold showers while on vacation for you anniversary..

Spectacular view! Extremely clean and comfortable as promised. But the entire time, I had no towels or washcloths. I asked multiple days for both and they promised I would have them and never did give them. I would definitely recommend, otherwise!

Spectacular view hands down but Lacks some basic amenities such as a working trash and trash bags that fit, and communication with host is poor, if anything goes wrong in the night, you are left hanging as there is no calling number. We came back super tired from key west and came back to showers that wouldn’t work. Had to wait until the afternoon next day to take a shower.

View is great, and the unit has a lot of space. But we encountered flooding on our first night, where the floors and walls took on a lot of water. Nothing was done to move us to a different unit or fix the problem, they just gave us towels to deal with the water. We didn’t have hot water for showers for the first three days, and no soap or trash bags were provided for the kitchen. For the price, we expected a higher level of service.

The Hyde Penthouse apartment is truly a gem. New appliances, a view out of this world. It is centrally located in the soundness Florida area, which makes you no more than 20-30 mins to either Fll or MiA. I Would definitely book with the host again. FYI- 2bdroom apartment only allow 6 ppl in the unit, I would say 4 will fit comfortably.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. Inside and out. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool was beautiful. Although the pool closed at 7 PM which I thought was incredibly early. My only negative comment is that I couldn’t use the gorgeous tub in my bathroom because it the water pressure was so light it wouldn’t fill and the second bedroom had no hot water our entire stay . And when I reached out in regards to it, no one seemed eager to fix it or provide us with any resolution. It never got fixed nor was anything done for our guests inconvenience. Which was truly unfortunate. Other than that, the property was great and i would definitely recommend.

Ammos place was amazing. The view is spectacular the place is clean. Things were a little bit more restricted because of corona but the place made up for that. Close to everything important. Will definitely stay again.
