The open living area is set up for relaxed group time, with a comfortable sofa and TV to wind down after a day out. A dining table seats six, making shared meals easy whether you're ordering in or cooking from scratch. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with the essentials - pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, wine glasses, and a baking sheet - so you can settle in without a supermarket run feeling like an ordeal.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms are spread across the condo to give everyone their own space. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two full beds, and the third offers a queen-size bed - comfortably sleeping up to six guests. A travel crib is available on-site for families with infants.
Bathrooms & laundry
Two full bathrooms, each with a shower, are stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, hot water, and fresh towels. An in-unit washer and dryer mean longer stays stay comfortable without packing heavy - long-term stays of 28 days or more are also welcome.

Ocean Reserve comes with access to an indoor pool with lounge chairs and cabanas, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Getting in and out of the building is easy with elevator access and one complimentary parking space included. Self check-in via smart lock keeps arrival flexible on your schedule. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged for an extra charge.
Location
Sunny Isles Beach puts you right between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, with the Atlantic Ocean just across Collins Avenue. Heritage Park is directly across the street, offering playgrounds and open green spaces that families will appreciate. Aventura Mall, along with a wide range of shopping and dining, is a five-minute drive away. Miami International and Fort Lauderdale airports are both reachable in approximately 25 minutes.

I had a great stay overall. The property looked exactly like the photos, was easy to find, and was very clean upon arrival. The host was responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions, which made the experience even better. My only minor complaint was that while all of the TVs were working, the remotes were not functioning properly, which made it a bit difficult to watch TV. Other than that, everything was as expected, and I would recommend this Airbnb to others.

Excellent apartment, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped down to the details, everything clean and tidy. I didn't give it 5 stars just because the surroundings are very noisy, there is a truck next to the building with machines day and night, electricity generators? or something similar that makes it very difficult to sleep.

the location is excellent, the space was nice Condominium is good However, some important observations. First of all, the space was very dirty and we had to pay a cleaning lady. It took me a while to find the garage keys. It would be good if we received the information about where it was waiting beforehand. There are not enough cupboards, and the bed makes a bit of noise when you move. The bed linen was stained. The house is good and with little detail and attention the host manages to make it a 10, the appliances were good the living room is nice the pool is good the atmosphere spacious and well decorated

The apartment was missing light fixtures, with holes in the ceiling. The apartment was not very clean. The pots and dishes were dirty and in poor condition. The pillows had yellow stains. The bed linen was stained too. We notified Ammos Vacation and they promptly sent new pillows, a new pot, and people to clean the apartment better. This experience of arriving and coming across a dirty environment is frustrating but they were helpful in trying to help. The environments were spaces. They provide a garbage bag, dishwashing soap only a few units, so you will have to buy more. The apartment is large and is in a good location, without much commerce nearby but quiet for families with children, since it is close to a very beautiful park and the beach on foot.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
