The space

Step outside and take advantage of the building’s amenities, including a large pool with lounge chairs and cabanas, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Families will love Heritage Park, located directly across the street, with its playgrounds and open green spaces. The beach is just across Collins Avenue, and Aventura Mall, shopping, and dining are only a five-minute drive away. The apartment was missing light fixtures, with holes in the ceiling. The apartment was not very clean. The pots and dishes were dirty and in poor condition. The pillows had yellow stains. The bed linen was stained too. We notified Ammos Vacation and they promptly sent new pillows, a new pot, and people to clean the apartment better. This experience of arriving and coming across a dirty environment is frustrating but they were helpful in trying to help. The environments were spaces. They provide a garbage bag, dishwashing soap only a few units, so you will have to buy more. The apartment is large and is in a good location, without much commerce nearby but quiet for families with children, since it is close to a very beautiful park and the beach on foot.

We were treated unkindly at the complex. Nadi told us how to access the assigned garage. The host told us that the garage was one, but we went and it was occupied. The hotel staff told us one thing, the host another, and we were tired, needing to leave our things and rest after 12 hours of travel, we were at the mercy of the misunderstandings, lack of clarity and planning by the host. Everything was improvised, unclear. If we didn't ask, no one explained anything to us, from which garage was ours to how to lock the door when leaving. They wanted us to guess all the processes. Nor did they tell us (nor was it in the listing photo) that THE BALCONY WAS OCCUPIED BY WORKERS. Not only was there maintenance work, but the BALCONY WAS UNUSABLE AND WALLED OFF LIKE A BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

Great location for sunny isles, have a nice pool, walk to beach, park and playground right in front for kids, and nice little market and hairdresser in building. Very clean and spacious 3 bedroom. Good value

Had a great stay! The place is very well located, with easy access to everything we needed. The apartment was clean, organized and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything worked perfectly during our stay. We recommended and would come back for sure!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back!

  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
