Check-in & Check-out Times: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made 24 hours in advance. If there are back-to-back reservations, extended stays are not possible. A penalty fee equivalent to an extra night will be deducted from your damage deposit for schedule non-compliance.

We had an awesome stay at this Airbnb in Miami! The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was great and really easy to communicate with. Perfect location, and the check-in/check-out process was super smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, a great stay! The home was clean and exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, a perfect space to relax. The location was ideal, with everything we needed just a short distance away. We had a few minor hiccups, but the host addressed them quickly and efficiently. We would definitely book again!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
