THE DRIVEWAY

Please note that while some guests may find our driveway to be steep, others may not perceive it in the same way. Factors such as individual driving experience, vehicle type, and personal comfort levels can greatly influence one's perception of steepness.

BACK-UP POWER

In the event of loadshedding or grid power failure the inverter system will automatically switch on. This means that all lights, plug sockets, TV's, WiFi routers, Alarm and electric fence will be powered. Please note that all non essential items such as air-con units, fridges, freezers, bar fridges, washing machines, tumble driers, dishwashers, ovens, electric hobs, microwaves will not work. The battery back up system lasts on average of 3 to 4 hours. Please note that the more lights and plug sockets that you use during this time will result in this average time frame being reduced. Please use reduce consumption during battery operation times to maximise battery capacity.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom One: (downstairs) King-size bed, air-con, dressing table, built-in cupboards, sea view and access to the balcony, pool and deck. En-suite with bathtub, shower, open plan toilet, double basin. Large room with security shutters.

Bedroom Two: (downstairs) King-size bed, dressing table, built-in cupboards, sea view and access to balcony and deck. En-suite with bathtub, shower, open plan toilet, double basin. Large room with security shutters. (aircon currently unavailable)

Bedroom Three: (upstairs) King-size bed, ceiling fan, air-con, dressing table, built-in cupboards, TV, sea view. En-suite with bathtub, shower, open plan toilet, double basin. Large room with security shutters.

Bedroom 4: (upstairs) King-size bed, air-con, dressing table, built-in cupboards, sea view, access to a balcony. The family shared bathroom with a bathtub, shower, open plan toilet, and large single basin. Room with security shutters.

Bedroom 5: Kids room (upstairs) Twin beds apart, air-con, dressing table, built-in cupboards, sea view and access to balcony. Family shared bathroom with a bathtub, shower, open plan toilet, and large single basin. Room with security shutters.

Please note that all adult group bookings will not be approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children.
No functions allowed at the property

Housekeeping:
Rental includes a live-in housekeeper Monday to Friday from 8 am until 2 pm
(Public holidays are not included in the rental but can be arranged at an extra cost)
Weekend booking housekeeping included on a Saturday from 8 am until 2 pm

Weekly pool & garden maintenance
2 Loads of laundry are included per day

The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal laundry.

RESERVATIONS
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the home.
Please note that all adult group bookings are generally not approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children
High season bookings require 14 nights or more for this house
