Resort Fees
- 1 to 14 days: $40/day + tax
- 15 to 29 days: $35/day + tax
- 30 days or more: $30/day + tax

Parking Fees
- 1 to 7 days: $35/day + tax
- 8 days or more: $30/day + tax
- 3 hours: $20 + tax (each additional hour: $8 + tax)
- 30-day stay: $650/month + tax

Security Deposit

Minor issue with the AC but quick response with getting it fixed. Was up and running less than 10 minutes! Ceiling above microwave had something splattered, but could have easily been overseen by cleaning people. Not a big deal. End table in master bedroom had a crack in it and let the host know immediately. Everything was very clean and as pictured! No major issues and response time from host was very fast. They even checked in with me to ensure we were having a great stay. 10/10 will visit again. 👌🏽🙂

We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
