Enjoy this fantastic one-bedroom unit at Marenas, a 4-star family-oriented beach resort on the prestigious Sunny Isle Beach. The unit has one bedroom with a king-size bed and 2 bathrooms. Integrated kitchen with everything you need to cook a family meal and living room with a queen sofa bed.
The unit is equipped with a washer & dryer.

This apartment has no daily cleaning as it is not part of the hotel program. This is a private apartment managed by Ammos Vacation Rentals.

The resort ...

The space

This unit is privately managed by Ammos Vacation Rentals. This is not a hotel-room. No daily Housekeeping is included.
The resort offers valet parking; a restaurant, a business center; beach chairs, a fitness area, and everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
The resort has the following fees (not included in the price, to be paid upon arrival at the front desk):

$35.00 per day, valet parking fee.
$35.00 plus tax per night resort fee

All fees stop on the 21st day in 30 days. New fees will be charged every 30 days.

The resort requests $ 80 per night as damage collateral. It is taken as a credit card hold.

Construction of a nearby residential building has begun, potentially causing some noise during your stay at Marenas Beach Resort in Miami. While it's beyond our control, your comfort remains our priority. Feel free to contact us for assistance, and we hope you enjoy your stay.

The apartment was great. The view was awesome, but there is a slight problem. There is no a lot activities next to the location and everything else is perfect

Great place just like the photos! Location is amazing! There is a bullring being built next to the apartment which makes it very very loud on the beach and at the pool. But the place is great and cute!

I give it 4 stars not 5 because when we checked out, I pulled our vehicle in front, so we could load our bags. The front desk and valet continued to bug me to move our vehicle, even though we were there for less than 15 minutes. Other than that experience, the resort was great.

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
