  The Community Rules apply to all Guests and visitors. Conduct yourself at all times in a lawful, courteous, and reasonable manner. No smoking or vaping of any kind in unit or on property grounds. No parties or events of any size. Community quiet hours are from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. In the case of an emergency call 911. Check-in time is at 4pm and Check-out time is at 11am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon availability, fees may apply. Guests must be 21 years old to check-in. Packages and mail will be accepted for registered guests of the resort and will have a fee of $5 per package. Property is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Daily $35 resort fee plus 13% tax collected at check-in. If booking a private unit not in the hotel program, an additional administration fee of $10 will apply. Direct any questions about your stay to your host, if there are major maintenance concerns that your host is unable to resolve, you may report them to the front desk The number of Guests per reservation may not exceed: One Bedroom Suite - Four Persons Two Bedroom Suite - Six Persons NO GUESTS or PETS at any time, only occupants listed on the Airbnb reservation are allowed onsite. Service animals are permitted if documentation is provided to the host and verified by the property. Cleaning fees may apply. Trash: Trash chute located on every floor, do not leave trash outside the door or on patio Amenities: Your Host will provide access information. You must abide by all posted hours, rules and regulations. Parking: Valet parking only at $35 per night. *Violations of any of the Community Rules may result in a $250 fine per occurrence, may be reported to Airbnb Community Support, and may result in a negative review from your host*

  IMPORTANT : It’s mandatory to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. If you fail to comply with the schedule, a penalty fee equivalent to an additional night will be deducted from your damage deposit. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS. Additional rules Keep home items inside the house. Take the garbage out before you leave. Take care of objects and equipment we provide for use, In case of damages you will be charged: Bath towels $15 each Hand towels $8 each Set of sheets / Duvets $50 each Bed Blankets $60 each Carpet Stains (Spills) $50 An extra cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if the property is left in unreasonable bad condition.

Property Manager Terms

• For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
• If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
• Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
• Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
• A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
