Smaller undercover patio on ground floor with gas braai and two armchairs. The top terrace is not undercover and flows off the loft. Secure Undercover parking available along with guests parking. No Pets allowed
BACK UP POWER
Equipped with a portable power station that can supply power to the TV and Wi-Fi for up to 4 hours during an outage. Additionally, a single-burner portable butane gas stove is available for cooking needs when the power is out.

Bedroom One Downstairs Adult Room: King Size Bed with air-con, sea view and access to a balcony, block out curtains, built in cupboards, en-suite with bath tub, shower, open plan toilet and double basin.
Bedroom Two: Downstairs Adult Room: Twin 3-quarter beds apart with air-con, built in cupboards, security shutters. Family bathroom across the hallway with shower, open plan toilet and single basin.
Loft Room: Two small fold out mattresses for kids. Loft has sofa and TV and desk and chair. Leads out onto large open terrace with a raised table and 6 x bar stools.
Guests will have access to the Fig tree restaurant and Sport bar and are allowed to also book for Golf.
Access into Simbithi estate is not allowed.
Please note that all adult group bookings are generally not approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children.

HOUSEKEEPING
Rental includes housekeeping 3 x week between Monday and Friday, from 8 am until 2 pm.
2 Loads of laundry will be included when the housekeeper is on duty.
The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dish washing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

The whole apartment is for the guests - no sharing spaces. Please note that there are two pull out mattresses in the loft/study upstairs. These do allow an additional two children to sleep in the apartment during guest stay. These are for children only (no one over 14 years of age)Guests will have access to the Fig tree restaurant and Sport bar and are allowed to also book for Golf.
Access into Simbithi estate is not allowed.

Understanding and complying with our house rules will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please treat our home with the same respect as you would your own. We’ve put a lot of effort into creating a lovely space for our guests to enjoy. BE RESPECTFUL The staff are key to a successful holiday and the efficient running of your holiday home. Please treat them with the utmost respect at all times. We will not tolerate any mistreatment of our staff. Regretfully, our staff are unable to babysit, wash cars, do shopping/unpack shopping, or perform tasks beyond their designated duties. OCCUPANCY The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at any time must not exceed the number of beds. A maximum of two guests per bedroom is allowed unless the homeowner has provided extra beds. Camping on the property is NOT permitted. DON’T FEED THE MONKEYS Under no circumstances should you feed the monkeys—whether adult or baby! Please be aware that monkeys are inquisitive and can become aggressive. Don’t leave fruit or food within their sight—they will come inside, create a mess, panic, and potentially break items. Close all windows and doors when leaving the house. NO SMOKING No smoking is permitted inside the house. Please smoke outside, away from windows or furniture. NO PARTIES Parties, overcrowding, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund of rent. Guests will be liable for any damages incurred as a result of parties held at the rental home. BEACH TOWELS Please do not use bathroom towels at the beach. Beach towels are provided for this purpose. NO BEACH SAND IN THE POOL Wash off all sand before entering the house or pool after visiting the beach. Please do not rinse beach sand off in the pool. LEAVE AS FOUND Accidents happen, so please report any breakages or damage to our team. If anything is broken, it must be replaced “like for like” by the guest to ensure a full refund of the breakage deposit. BE ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS Use linen and towels sparingly. Please conserve water and electricity. Turn off fans and air conditioning when not in use. Recycle where possible—let’s care for our planet together. Do not flush foreign materials down the toilet. GUEST AMENITIES POLICY We kindly request that all guest amenities, such as hand wash and toiletries, remain on the property for the enjoyment of future guests. Should any items be taken or removed, the cost of replacement will be charged in full. FIREWORKS PROHIBITED For the safety of all guests and neighbours, fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property. DEPARTURE DAY Check-out is at or before 10 am. Please comminicate your check out time with our team or the house staff the day prior to departure. KEYS Please make sure you leave any keys & remotes with the staff, or communicate with us where you left the keys. LEAVING EARLY? Please switch off all lights, and airconditioning, and close all windows. STAFF OVERTIME PAYMENT Please remember to settle any money owing to the staff (overtime, additional laundry, tips etc.) must be paid directly to each staff member in (ZAR) cash.
