Very high daily fees on top of the cost of the rental ($40/day resort fee, $35/day parking fee). It seems that the people that rent from the owners are second class citizens in the resorts opinion, not allowed to sit in certain areas, etc.... The desire to constantly threaten fines for everything is a bit overdone. Our kitchen was very poorly stocked with proper equipment or even a working coffee maker. However, the beds and pillows were very nice.

The check in experience was an absolute nightmare. The condo was clean but had a pretty strong lingering odor. Overall, patio furniture was definitely used and some other deferred maintenance in the unit (tile in master bath, a lot of wall scuffs), no extra pillows either. Condo is on the beach but other than that, nothing around to do.

IMPORTANT : It’s mandatory to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. If you fail to comply with the schedule, a penalty fee equivalent to an additional night will be deducted from your damage deposit. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS. Additional rules Keep home items inside the house. Take the garbage out before you leave. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
