Guest Registration: It’s mandatory to register all guests staying at the property. Please provide a picture ID of all guests on the day of booking. Even if you’ve already verified your ID through Airbnb, we will need a copy. Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation, as the building will not allow unregistered guests.
No Smoking: Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited. A fine of $300 will be applied, in addition to any penalties imposed by the building association.
No House Parties: House parties are prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. The property is equipped with a “Noise Aware” system that will notify us if decibel levels are too high.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please request it at least 24 hours in advance. Extended stays may not be possible if there are incoming or outgoing reservations on the same day. Failure to comply with the schedule will result in a penalty fee equivalent to one additional night, deducted from your damage deposit.
No Washcloths Provided: Please note that washcloths are not provided at the property.

- Keep home items inside the house.
- Take the garbage out before you leave.
- Handle all provided items and equipment with care. In case of damage, the following charges will apply:
- Bath towels: $15 each
- Hand towels: $8 each
- Set of sheets/duvets: $50 each
- Bed blankets: $60 each
- Carpet stains/spills: $50
An extra cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if the property is left in unreasonable condition.

Ammos was very quick to reply to my messages. They were accommodating when they could be (late checkout). The property is spacious. 3 bedrooms. Cute balcony. We accessed 2 pools on the property. Great for families. The key is quiet but nice restaurants, coffee shops, places to ride bikes. Great for family get away.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
