Stayed in unit 1227 in Hollywood, FL at the Ocean Reserve. The unit was very nice and updated with beautiful views of the beach just across the street. It was such a convenient location with a park right next to the building and grocery stores/restaurants only a mile away. We had a small maintenance issue but they were able to get it fixed within hours of me reaching out about the issue. The only downside would be that the complimentary parking spot is a bit of a walk away, but valet is also available for a small fee. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay!

We are very satisfied customers. Very large 5 ½, clean and uncluttered. Modern and very enlightened. Two bathrooms. View of the sea and the magnificent Collins Avenue. Swimming pool and beautiful layout. 5 minute walk to the beach. Always someone to inform and guide us. Thank you for all the follow-ups, from booking to the end of the stay. We find equipment for the kitchen, for the beach, for babies and children. Only one improvement to be made: Put opaque blinds in the bedrooms. We'll definitely go back. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
