The host of this property was slow to respond, did not seem to care about concerns and ends up just not responding after a certain point. The property is not maintained and other guests who aren’t staying there are able to park in your spot and they don’t seem to care even when the property has tow signs. The property has fake tow signs and they cannot legally tow anyone so if someone parks in your spot you have to find somewhere around the block. They don’t enforce any safety rules are being met and they just won’t respond after a certain point. I ended up getting a refund through talking to a senior manager of air bnb and cutting my stay short. Then they started to respond and say they had no idea anything was going on after air bnb got involved. As far as the apartment, they have a rule to keep the ac at 70 and you cannot adjust it. I had the ceiling fan on and a plug in fan in the room and it was still hot and humid throughout the entire place and smells of mildew. Horrible stay.

Place was clean but had a slight cigarette smell. Be aware there is rule that the AC cannot be set lower than 70 degrees which is fine during the day but nights were brutal. Bathroom door is extremely squeaky and I cut my back on the latch that sticks out into the doorway. On a positive, the soundproofing is very good and the shower is fantastic.

Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. If you fail to comply with the schedule, a penalty fee equivalent to an additional night will be deducted from your damage deposit. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS. Additional rules Keep home items inside the house. Take the garbage out before you leave. Take care of objects and equipment we provide for use, In case of damages you will be charged: Bath towels $15 each Hand towels $8 each Set of sheets / Duvets $50 each Bed Blankets $60 each Carpet Stains (Spills) $50 An extra cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if the property is left in unreasonable bad condition.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
