Resort Fees

The property itself has potential and is in a nice location, but unfortunately, it doesn’t seem well-maintained. There were several issues during our stay — basic supplies were missing, the shower had missing handles, and some smoke detectors were removed or not working. It also seemed like the place hadn’t been rented in a while, as there was a musty odor and a general feeling of disuse. With some attention and upkeep, this could be a much better stay, but as it is, it fell short of expectations.

Not enough elevators for a 41 story building!!!One was broken all the time! We —and everyone else —had to wait a long time almost every time for a the elevator! It was genuinely terrible! Unconscionable. This building should not have received a permit with so few elevators!! In addition, one of the elevators got stuck and my son-in-law had to get off between the floors and had to walk up a few flights of stairs! THERE IS CLEARLY A SAFETY PROBLEM WITH THE ELEVATORS IN THIS BUILDING. The pool staff were mean, downright disgusting, not courteous at all! They were very concerned about losing towels and had lots of rules. For example, one card for all 6 people in the apartment for getting towels. If you took the card to the beach, you could not get towels at the pool. Or if you left the towel card upstairs, you could not get towels by just telling the towel lady your room number.

IMPORTANT : It’s mandatory to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. If you fail to comply with the schedule, a penalty fee equivalent to an additional night will be deducted from your damage deposit. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS. Additional rules Keep home items inside the house. Take the garbage out before you leave. Take care of objects and equipment we provide for use, In case of damages you will be charged: Bath towels $15 each Hand towels $8 each Set of sheets / Duvets $50 each Bed Blankets $60 each Carpet Stains (Spills) $50 An extra cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if the property is left in unreasonable bad condition.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
