Enjoy this amazing one bedroom unit located at the exclusive Icon Brickell Building. The condo offers one bedroom with a King size bed. Integrated living and dining room with kitchen. Full bathroom with double entry with a bathtub. Access to spa, pool, hot tub, and 4 restaurants, including Cipriani,(same amenities as the W Hotel). The apartment comes fully furnished with a flat-screen TV, High-Speed WiFi, Washer & Dryer
Valet at Icon is $11 for 0-1 hours; $19 for 1-4 hours; $24 for 4-10 hours; and $34 for 10-24 hours. No re-entry, charges apply each time you take out your car.

c. There are two metered parkings, 1 block and 3 blocks away
d. At 701 Brickell (2 blocks away) overnight parking rate is a flat fee of $15 (Monday-Sunday, from 6 pm to 7 am)

The swimming pool is currently under renovation. At this time, it is open only on weekends and remains closed during weekdays. Please be advised that the pool may also close on weekends. We recommend asking for the latest updates before your stay.
All guests must submit photo ID's. Check-in will not be granted otherwise.

So many issues - I had to cancel my booking and involve Airbnb to get a refund. The Listing omitted the fact the pool is N/A Monday to Thursday. There is a lot of wear and tear visible in the unit - Be mindful to take photos upon arrival. On the day of check in, the host informed me to come at 2pm for check in. When I arrived, I was told the unit wouldn’t be available for another hour. The host was inconsiderate when issues were raised. I would not recommend staying here

IMPORTANT : It’s mandatory to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. If you fail to comply with the schedule, a penalty fee equivalent to an additional night will be deducted from your damage deposit. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
