The space
This is a standard procedure for all guests.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking in the hallway with the apartment door open is also not allowed, as smoke can enter the unit. Any evidence of smoking inside or causing the apartment to smell like smoke will result in a $500 fine. Additionally, if we observe smoking during your stay, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

I contacted the Ammos and informed them there were roaches. I approached it by saying, I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but this place has roaches. I didn’t ask for a refund or cancellation if they would send pest control and then cleaners to clean up dead bugs. They did that in the opposite order so my husband cleaned up the dead roaches. We lots food because there were roaches in the fridge and I had to keep my paper plates and cups I purchased because roaches were crawling in and out of the back of the cabinet where the dishes were located. I took videos and sent pictures and walked pest control through every location we saw bugs. I was told I’d be compensated for the inconvenience and Ammos thought for an almost $600 rental a $36 refund was appropriate! What a slap in the face. I’ll be reporting this health hazard to the state department. Disgusting!!!

We had a great stay. The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal for us , close to the airport making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. What really stood out was the host’s attention to detail and communication. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole process seamless from check-in to departure. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a hassle-free Airbnb experience.

My mother and her friend stayed for 40 days at this beautiful 2 bedroom condo. The condo is part of a 2 floor multi-unit building in Fort Lauderdale. The building was originally built in the 1970’s and the condo has been renovated with new appliances and new furniture. The bathroom was also renovated and the whole condo looks modern and well kept. The beds and mattresses were also in excellent shape. The ONLY negative part of my mother’s stay: the condo does not have washer/dryer. The building does have an OLD coin-operated washer and dryer, but the dryer did not work. So my mother had to leave her clothes to dry extended on the sofa and beds. The rental company should replace this old washer/dryer. The condo is located in a residential area in Ford Lauderdale near an elementary school. The neighborhood appears safe was very quiet. You do need a car to get around - there is nothing accessible by foot. The beaches are 10 minutes by car. Las Olas Blvd is 3 miles away.

Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
