Everything was fine except the smell of mold from the bread(at check-in), which was not thrown out when cleaning! And that smell was a few days! You can also put at least a few laundry pods for convenience, and detergent in the kitchen! We had check-in at night, we went to the store only in the morning. Thank you

Unit was great, hot water made noise, but no big deal. I would have cleaned mid week, but lacking cleaning supplies. Life hotel was expensive. Food and beverages were overpriced. Lots of pool rules. Resort fee was a waste, angst was over 500 dollars, weather did not allow you to use beach chairs. Very high winds the entire week. Met nice people though. It did meet my R and R needs to catch up on reading. I am an Airbnb host myself, hope you don’t mind the honesty. Again, unit was great, balcony was huge, though sun never hits it this time of year. Happy Holidays.

Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose. “HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH “NOISE AWARE” AND WILL NOTIFY US WHEN DECIBELS ARE HIGH” Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
