It was a pretty good place. A nice restaurant, good pool, great view from the balcony. However there were a bunch of little things that could be improved. For example, we arrived late (10 pm ish) and had to wait at the front desk to be checked in because they didn’t know who we were, so the host had to be contacted to confirm and it took quite awhile. The kitchen didn’t have anything but the dishes and appliances, so we had to buy bunch of things like salt, pepper, oil, filtered water, etc. the bathroom didn’t have a shelf in the shower, which was very odd. Also, we had to buy extra toilet paper. I also kept noticing trash at the pool and it didn’t seem that the staff was cleaning it or around the pool, so it had bunch of plastic and paper laying around, which didn’t seem like the higher class facilities that they advertised themselves to be…. Maybe I’m just too high maintenance, idk. Therefore I give the place 4/5 stars.

we reported during first days: lack of cleaning , safety box not working, dishwasher first dirty and then. not working, lack of a soap dish in the shower, clogged sink in the bathroom. Just the dishwasher was fixed. The building, amenities and View are really good - I will visit again Lyfe Building but not this apartment and no department administrated by Ammos.

Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. **If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. • Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. $300 fine. • Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area. • If you have any inconvenience please notify us at your earliest convenience. • Check-In is at 4:00pm – Check-Out is at 11:00am. If you need to do a late check out please request within 24 hours. **If we have people arriving the same day, there is a late check out fee that will be deducted from the deposit equivalent to one extra night if the checkout time is not met. We DON'T PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS. Additional rules - Try to avoid noise. - For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
