The saltwater pool with no chlorine smell provides crystal clear water. The sunshelf for keeping your feet cool or a play area for the little ones is a well loved feature. Pool heater is available.
We are a family friendly property. We provide a pool safety fence, crib and highchair.

Villa Happy Gator on Alligator Drive is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our backyard is fenced in and provides pleasant privacy.

Shopping facilities are only 5 minutes away.

About a week prior to the arrival, there will be an e-mail with the house info and the code for the door lock.

Other things to note

A rental agreement is required for the booking. Therefore the personal info and a copy of a valid driver's license has to be sent to the host.
Minimum age for the renter signing the contract is twentyfive.

We provide a starter kit only with toilet paper, kitchen paper, handsoap, dishwasher tabs and washer pods.

We are located only minutes to Gulf Beaches.

There is a 10 minutes drive to Manasota Beach, our guests' favourite beach.
