BACK UP POWER
In the event of loadshedding or power failure, the solar system will automatically start and will last for a few hours depending on usage.

Bedroom Four: Queen bed, open plan en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, single basin, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, aircon, sea views and sliding doors onto the deck.
Bedroom Five: King-size bed, open plan en-suite bathroom with shower, built-in wardrobes, sea views and sliding doors onto the deck, aircon & ceiling fan.
Bedroom Six: Two single beds, ducted aircon, dressing table, built-in wardrobes and a shared family bathroom over the hallway with shower, toilet and single basin.
Bedroom Seven: Three single beds bed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and single basin. It also has ducted aircon and a small dressing table. Ideally for children.

Rental includes a live in Housekeeper and Gardener daily from Monday to Friday from 8 am until 2 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 12h00

The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dish-washing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

The stay exceeded my expectations. It was a clean, spacious, quiet home that had everything you could need. Fan, aircon, pots, pans, cutlery, freezers, fridge space, coffee machine, 3 different sinks, a dishwasher, laundry station, towels, oven, microwave, recycling bins and even some spices! The pool was heated and the ocean view was spectacular from the lounge, rooms and the pool. The staff were helpful and kind.

People on site who maintain the house are very competent and kindly The only problem is to be wake up 3 fools by the alarm system despite that our rental manager is notified the first night Only downside but it was very unpleasant For the rest, nothing to say Great location and Beautiful view Thanks

Amazing stay - looks just like the pictures! The property agent Irvin was incredibly helpful in finding a solution to an area wifi issue that affected the property, so that we were still able to enjoy wifi. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing time in this tastefully furnished, well kitted out home. The open plan layout and smooth flow of the house creates enough space and opportunity to use all parts of the home. The beach was so easily accessible, and the pool just as inviting. Good cleaning service and ample storage space in the kitchen, with all appliances , crockery and cutlery that one may need. We will revisit anytime. Just disappointed that it's now been changed to a minimum 3 night stay.

Understanding and complying with our house rules will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please treat our home with the same respect as you would your own. We’ve put a lot of effort into creating a lovely space for our guests to enjoy. BE RESPECTFUL The staff are key to a successful holiday and the efficient running of your holiday home. Please treat them with the utmost respect at all times. We will not tolerate any mistreatment of our staff. Regretfully, our staff are unable to babysit, wash cars, do shopping/unpack shopping, or perform tasks beyond their designated duties. OCCUPANCY The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at any time must not exceed the number of beds. A maximum of two guests per bedroom is allowed unless the homeowner has provided extra beds. Camping on the property is NOT permitted. DON’T FEED THE MONKEYS Under no circumstances should you feed the monkeys—whether adult or baby! Please be aware that monkeys are inquisitive and can become aggressive. Don’t leave fruit or food within their sight—they will come inside, create a mess, panic, and potentially break items. Close all windows and doors when leaving the house. NO SMOKING No smoking is permitted inside the house. Please smoke outside, away from windows or furniture. NO PARTIES Parties, overcrowding, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund of rent. Guests will be liable for any damages incurred as a result of parties held at the rental home. BEACH TOWELS Please do not use bathroom towels at the beach. Beach towels are provided for this purpose. NO BEACH SAND IN THE POOL Wash off all sand before entering the house or pool after visiting the beach. Please do not rinse beach sand off in the pool. LEAVE AS FOUND Accidents happen, so please report any breakages or damage to our team. If anything is broken, it must be replaced “like for like” by the guest to ensure a full refund of the breakage deposit. BE ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS Use linen and towels sparingly. Please conserve water and electricity. Turn off fans and air conditioning when not in use. Recycle where possible—let’s care for our planet together. Do not flush foreign materials down the toilet. GUEST AMENITIES POLICY We kindly request that all guest amenities, such as hand wash and toiletries, remain on the property for the enjoyment of future guests. Should any items be taken or removed, the cost of replacement will be charged in full. FIREWORKS PROHIBITED For the safety of all guests and neighbours, fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property. DEPARTURE DAY Check-out is at or before 10 am. Please comminicate your check out time with our team or the house staff the day prior to departure. KEYS Please make sure you leave any keys & remotes with the staff, or communicate with us where you left the keys. LEAVING EARLY? Please switch off all lights, and airconditioning, and close all windows. STAFF OVERTIME PAYMENT Please remember to settle any money owing to the staff (overtime, additional laundry, tips etc.) must be paid directly to each staff member in (ZAR) cash.
