We loved the apartment. Very cozy, complete with everything we needed. It is really in the centre of Dubai, close to the tourist spots, which made it much easier for us. We were delighted with the view from the balcony! Thank you and we will definitely return more often.

We were a family of six and chose this Airbnb so we could cook and spend time together, but the experience was mixed. Pros: The building was very safe and clean, and the front desk staff were helpful. The location was excellent, walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa and a great pool. The host was responsive, and the apartment was relatively clean. Cons: The listing showed a dishwasher, but there wasn’t one when we arrived. The host said it was broken and offered installation later in the week, but that would have disrupted our plans. Since cooking together was important to us, this was a big disappointment and should’ve been communicated earlier. The cookware was very limited and worn (only three old pots). Some pillows had visible stains. Overall, decent location and building, but not ideal if you plan to cook or expect all listed amenities.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and in a perfect location , close to Dubai Mall, grocery stores, and a main street full of nice cafés. The hosts were very responsive and understanding. We had an issue with the internet connection, but they communicated well and even replaced the TV to fix it. They also kindly allowed a late checkout when our parents’ flight was delayed, which helped us a lot. The apartment had all the basic amenities we needed. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a clean place in a convenient area with very responsive hosts.

🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A minimum cleaning fee of AED 1,800 will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking inside the house or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas (if applicable). Please be mindful of our non-smoking policy. 🎉 No Parties or Events Our home is meant for peaceful and relaxing stays. Hosting parties or events, whether large or small, is not permitted. Any gatherings that exceed the number of registered guests will be subject to immediate termination of the booking and possible penalties. 🤫 Respect Quiet Hours To ensure all guests have a relaxing environment, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially in shared or communal spaces. Please respect the neighbors and other residents in the area. ⏰ Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Check-out time is strictly at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a penalty of one night’s rate plus an additional AED 500 to cover the cost of cleaning and rebooking. If you need a later check-out, please reach out in advance to see if arrangements can be made. 🏡 Respect for Property & Neighbors Please treat our home with care and respect. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can resolve them before the next guest arrives. If any damage occurs, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit. Be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels low and following any building rules or community guidelines. 🧹 Cleaning & Housekeeping We expect all guests to maintain cleanliness during their stay. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins and follow any specific instructions for waste disposal or recycling. At check-out, please leave the property in a similar condition to how you found it. Any additional cleaning required after your departure will result in extra charges. 🔑 Keep Access and Parking Cards Safe All access and parking cards are provided for your convenience. Please ensure that they are kept safe throughout your stay. A replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged for any lost or damaged cards.
