Two full bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone, and one bathroom includes direct access to the pool area—a convenient feature that makes it easy to hop in and out without going through the house.

The pool heating service is available for an additional $100 per week, plus 12% tax. The pool heater will be set to a comfortable 85°F (30°C). Please note that the pool is electrically heated and this service is optional. While we take every precaution to ensure the pool is heated to the specified temperature, weather conditions may affect the pool's heating efficiency.
Other things to note
To help you settle in well, we provide you with a starter set of basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of trash bags.We are not able to provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.
If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.
A professional team of cleaners, pool service technicians, gardeners and pest controlers is taking care of the property.

We loved staying here! We have a family of 5 including 3 smaller children and we also brought our dog. The host was accommodating and very responsive and helpful. Upon arrival it was easy to find and easy to get in with clear instructions from the host, the place was very clean (I’m picky about that) and there were cold drinks in the fridge and chips and salsa waiting for us. The pool was very clean and a great addition for our family and where the kids spent a lot of time! We had an issue with the pool water level but the host was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful area with lots of good parks and walking paths close by which we loved. We would stay here again!

This place was awesome and exactly what we had hoped for: private, relaxing and super clean. The furnishings, from the furniture, bedding and even down to the kitchen utensils, were excellent. We had expected to go to the beach more than we did, but it was because the pool was so inviting (and convenient) and the backyard was almost like being in our own little jungle setting. We saw tons of birds of many different varieties and there were a lot of flowers, despite it being so late in the year. The entire 3 weeks we were there, we spent all of our time outside at the table next to the pool, not once in the living room (which itself was very nice). Our host Birgit really was a Super Host! When we had questions about anything, she always got back to us immediately. On Christmas Eve, of all times, she sent her husband, Daniel, out to deal with a minor plumbing issue we had, and he was there in less than an hour. Just a really awesome place that you won't regret staying at!

Additional rules
Important: For stays of more than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory for the tenant every 4 weeks. This will be charged to the guest. The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 people (including children and babies). In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and for insurance reasons, we ask you to provide us with the full names, dates of birth and home addresses of all guests staying in the house after booking.
