The space

Whether you're here to soak up the sun, explore the local beaches, or simply unwind in your own private oasis, this bright and breezy home is designed to make your vacation easy and enjoyable.

Step inside to find a thoughtfully furnished interior with a coastal flair. The home features an open living and dining area, ideal for relaxing with family or friends after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, including modern appliances, cookware, and plenty of counter space.

Each of the three bedrooms is cozy and comfortable.
The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with ample storage and natural light.
The second and third bedrooms are perfect for kids and guests.
Two full bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone, and one bathroom includes direct access to the pool area—a convenient feature that makes it easy to hop in and out without going through the house.

Outside, you’ll find the heart of your vacation: a screened-in private pool surrounded by a spacious patio area with seating and room to lounge.
Whether you’re taking a dip in the morning sun, enjoying lunch poolside, or relaxing with a drink in the evening, the outdoor space is perfect for making the most of Florida’s warm, sunny weather.

Happy Gator 2 is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a short drive or bike ride from the area’s best attractions.
Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Stump Pass Beach Park, Manasota Beach or the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande/Gasparilla Island are all nearby, offering opportunities for swimming, shelling, kayaking, fishing, or watching breathtaking Gulf sunsets.
You’ll also find a variety of great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques, as well as grocery stores and farmers markets within easy reach.

Englewood East is located next to Rotonda, a golfer's paradise. The 18-hole Cove of Rotonda golf course is only 6 minutes away from your vacation home.

For nature lovers, there are a number of great parks in the area. Highly recommended are Audubon-Pennington Nature Park, Cedar Point Environmental Park, Oyster Creek Environmental Park, and Tippecanoe Environmental Park.

Clean, welcoming, and full of charm, it’s a place where guests return year after year.

The pool heating service is available for an additional $100 per week, plus 12% tax. The pool heater will be set to a comfortable 85°F (30°C). Please note that the pool is electrically heated and this service is optional. While we take every precaution to ensure the pool is heated to the specified temperature, weather conditions may affect the pool's heating efficiency.

Other things to note

To help you settle in well, we provide you with a starter set of basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of trash bags.
We are not able to provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.

If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.

A professional team of cleaners, pool service technicians, gardeners and pest controlers is taking care of the property.
