Situated on a 740m2 (approx) fully landscaped block and offering 4 generous bedrooms features include Blackbut hardwood floors throughout, custom kitchen, custom bathrooms, fully landscaped grounds backing on to waterfront reserve.

Wonderful Airbnb, we stayed for a weekend and enjoyed our stay. Wonderful hosts and easy to follow instructions. Great amenities and wonderful location to explore the jervis Bay Area. Definitely recommend!!

We had such a gorgeous stay. Super accessible and easy to get to where we wanted to be. Lovely neighbourhood with gorgeous views over the lake. The house is exactly - if not better - than the pictures and Donna is such a kind and thoughtful host who is super responsive of any queries & provides all necessary info making the whole weekend easygoing and stress free :)

The home was very impressive. There was so much space for all of us to spread out and was very well appointed, with books, games and toys for the kids and an abundance of kitchen utensils and appliances. A thoughtful bottle of wine and chips were also left for us - thank you so much. The bay had a bit of a swampy smell on the first day we arrived, but the other days were fine. There was no air con in the bedrooms upstairs nor the kids bedroom. Thank you for the opportunity to let us stay and enjoy your home Donna.

We had a great few days here. The house was perfect for two families. We loved the open plan living/kitchen looking out over the beautiful view. Lots of books and games for kids to look at

    All guests and visitors permitted at this premise; - No parties or schoolies to be at our property - We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach or lake, there is an outside shower on the East side of the house so please wash off sand. - No smoking inside or on the balcony - We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm - Please do not allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms. - Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there. Pet Rules - We allow small non-shedding dog only inside, all other dogs MUST be outside. - No pet is allowed on our furnishings, please (including beds), we recommend that guests bring your own pet bed - Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended - Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bins at the entry of the complex (not inside) Please ensure checkout instructions checklist You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart. Please note; If extra cleaning fees are incurred, this will be charged on to the guest. Thank you so much 🙏
